Our pets receive okay care at this location but the humans receive very little care. Every appointment made resulted in a reschedule or (at least) 30 minute delay, including first-of-the-day appointments. We've continued using Clear Ridge for convenience and are quite excited to find another vet.

Wont be going back to Clear Ridge, Had to cancel 1 appointment due to them running late (luckily they phoned just as we were leaving) The next appointment we waited ages, then someone who just walked in skipped the que, In the end gave up and went home, all we wanted to do was get out cat vaccinated.

I can't recommend Robert and his team enough. My greyhound was referred to Robert as an opthalmic patient and underwent 2 major eye operations over several years. The expertise and level of care demonstrated by Robert and his team was fantastic. I can honestly say that Clear Ridge was one of the few vet surgeries that my greyhound was always relaxed in (helped by a large waiting area and friendly staff). I was also very touched by the card that was sent when my greyhound passed away (totally unrelated to the eye issues) and would have no qualms about recommending Robert as an opthalmic specialist.
