One particular staff was moody and awful to be greeted with. For my first visit she put me off. The other older woman was lovely she paid attention to my kitten and we spoke about cat habits. If it wasn't for the cheaper price I would go somewhere else to avoid moody staff like Sarah or whatever her name was. I think customer service is very important. Read Less

Cees was brilliant he Thoroughly examined my sons pup located the exact point of pain and gave a thorough explaination of what was wrong, in 20 minutes I had answers that I could give my son and plan of action was put in place. Vets for pets reception team were brilliant and cees was fantastic. Highly recommend to others, I left the surgery confident and happy with knowledge of what we could do and what was wrong. Initially I was very impressed by staff being extremely friendly and caring as I popped in to vets4pets with my hamster to trim it's overgrown teeth. I did my homework beforehand and prices for similar service varied between 10-25.. which, in my opinion is fair price for such a simple 15 min max treatment. I was told that it would cost in whereabouts of 50 which was very steep already but, hey I love my hamster, let it be 50.... But upon a collection of my hamster it turned out that price gone up to almost 80 !!!! Seriously??!! Don't get me wrong as I was happy with the treatment and friendly atmosphere, but price-wise... Plain ridiculous. Read Less
