Very poor experience with vet David in the past we actually let everybody there in MediVet clinic Long Sutton know we didn’t want David put a finger again on our dog. Recently our dog had dental surgery we thought the lady vet Tunde which is a good vet would perform the surgery finally it was David who did it without informing us which was absolutely unacceptable, if we knew that we wouldn’t bring the dog to the clinic that day. After surgery when the time came to pick the dog a nurse brought our boy but she didn’t allow him to come to us till we had paied which was unbeliveble. We didn’t receive any aftercare instructions just a generic letter it was us who asked a lot of questions but she wasn’t able to answer we ask for the vet to come and talk to us but he didn’t, it was the moment we learnt the dog had surgery with David instead Tunde. It was a total mess. They didn’t even set up a follow up appointment. We still google the details about aftercare. A lot of money for only a half job done considering the other half is the aftercare which is S-o very important. And don’t buy anything from there unless you have an emergency because it may cost you up to 10 times more than buying exactly the same thing from a vet pharmacy or online just ask the vet for a prescription.

Several years ago our experiences here were awful, but because the other vet we went to had become money grabbing and disinterested we tried medivet again. Their attitude seems to be far better than it was a few years ago. We were not in a position to spend thousands and the vet kept us fully informed at every stage. Our animals were well treated and staff were professional. When our beloved pet needed euthanasia every one was kind, even sending a sympathy card.

The vet and nurses were so compassionate towards us, even supplied coffee for us and treats for Jessie while we waited for the vet to arrive at work. cat torturers. Stabbed my mortally injured cat over 60 times in both front legs and one back leg, in order to 'treat' her, because phoning me to say she was better euthanased, wouldn't have made as much profit! 3 hours of 'treatment' to keep her alive for 3 hours until I took her to my proper vet for Euthanasia cost.......£480.
Oh and if you are autistic with Aspergers like me, avoid the place as you'll be made to feel as though you are unreasonable and hysterical and should be able to "calm down" (yes, those were the actual words).
There was a telly programme about Medivet pet cruelty a few years back. They haven't changed. I think their mantra is "profit before pets, even if it costs them pain".
If you have an option, avoid Medivet.Me? I am now getting the evidence needed for a law suit!
RIP poor Monika who suffered for 3 hours in the hands of the monsters who were supposed to put you first, but got blinded by £££ instead.

Three cats, aging from 16 to 3. One has an impressive pedigree, two are girls, two are grey, two are laid-back, two love Dreamies, one needs regular claw-clipping, one is over 6kg, one has Colitis, one has had a Thyroidectomy, one has been spayed... twice (before we owned her). They all have one thing in common; they get amazing care and attention from MediVet-Ark Aid, Poole. The staff are wonderful, warm, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and make one feel that one is the only client that matters. They truly go above and beyond to look after our beloved animals. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to another pet owner.

My dog Molly had treatment in the Carpenders park branch for a lump on her eye, she had it removed all seemed good regarding payment from the insurance then I was asked for 54.74 extra, why I asked when I was covered and had paid my excess of 80, it seemed they went for a very expensive HISTOLOGY test rather than the 62.98, rather than asking me if this was alright they tried to get it of my insurers, and they said they will not cover it, as it was unnecessary. I then had a nasty letter from Medivet saying this can't continue, and payment had to be made !!!!!!!! , I had never received a letter from then about any money, so I rang the branch at Carpenders Park and asked what was going on, the receptionist took the message and said she will look into it, nothing happened, so a week later went it there and asked what was happening, she took a message and said she will get back to me, again nothing, then Anna was on holiday so another message was left, why should I pay extra money for something that was NOT neccary and no one at this branch knew why it was charged, was unhappy and think I will be taking my 2 dogs elsewhere for treatment as I feel the trust has gone which is a shame as I have been going there for 6 years Not happy at all, I know you have to make money but really

I come to this vets in distress last week for a second opinion on my very ill cat. I was a new client to the practice - however, they treated me the same as any other. Very welcoming and dedicated in treating my cat. They made swift decisions and treat my cat very well giving him medication and care he needed. He was hospitalised with the veterinary practice for some time - in that time, I was phoned regularly by the team and given ample chances to go up and spend time with him. When I needed to speak to the vet, I was always allowed or the vet would phone me back to answer questions. The follow up care was amazing, I was not a forgotten client and I often come back for revisits. I am very pleased with this service, the prices are competitive and they offer schemes to save me money, whilst offering such a personalised care. One very happy owner. One very purry, healthy kitty.

Very poor experience with vet David in the past we actually let everybody there in MediVet clinic Long Sutton know we didn’t want David put a finger again on our dog. Recently our dog had dental surgery we thought the lady vet Tunde which is a good vet would perform the surgery finally it was David who did it without informing us which was absolutely unacceptable, if we knew that we wouldn’t bring the dog to the clinic that day. Several years ago our experiences here were awful, but because the other vet we went to had become money grabbing and disinterested we tried medivet again. Their attitude seems to be far better than it was a few years ago. We were not in a position to spend thousands and the vet kept us fully informed at every stage. Our animals were well treated and staff were professional. When our beloved pet needed euthanasia every one was kind, even sending a sympathy card.

We recently got a kitten and opted to take her to medivet in radlett as it is within walking distance. From the moment of making that first phone call we have been made to feel very welcome and pepper loves her vet natasha. I come to this vets in distress last week for a second opinion on my very ill cat. I was a new client to the practice - however, they treated me the same as any other. Very welcoming and dedicated in treating my cat. They made swift decisions and treat my cat very well giving him medication and care he needed. He was hospitalised with the veterinary practice for some time - in that time, I was phoned regularly by the team and given ample chances to go up and spend time with him. When I needed to speak to the vet, I was always allowed or the vet would phone me back to answer questions. The follow up care was amazing, I was not a forgotten client and I often come back for revisits. I am very pleased with this service, the prices are competitive and they offer schemes to save me money, whilst offering such a personalised care. One very happy owner. One very purry, healthy kitty.

The current vet, "Tom" I believe, is incompetent. I wasted time and money at Medivet.
