I have had a terrible expereicne today, not only with a rude, condesending Vet, but only to come home to find the "liquid" anti biotics is empty! I was told on the phone when I called to highlight the issue, that i need to fill with water.. which vet did not mention to me! ? I drove down to the Vets only to be told I would need to go and collect meds from another branch as they had ru. Naturally I said no, its 4pm & I have children to collect from activities. I requested a refund and then met with no refunds as we don't know what happened to the liquid? Would I honestly want to retrun to the VetI had such a horrid consultation with, I think not. My only option is to tomorrow at 10am ..I have now called the main number to speak with a "Client Care co-ordinator" and told someone will call you back. Rozz who was kind and did listen to my cmplaint did say she would pas my number on, but could not say when I would be called back! Very dissappointing indead! Needless to say, I will not be back! We cannot praise Cromwell vets enough. After a very emotional few days we have said goodbye to our much loved house bunny, Bobby. The care that he received was outstanding from receptionists, nurses, and vets. It is such a sad event to lose a dear family member but the care he received gave us the comfort and support we needed.
