I have had a terrible expereicne today, not only with a rude, condesending Vet, but only to come home to find the "liquid" anti biotics is empty! I was told on the phone when I called to highlight the issue, that i need to fill with water.. which vet did not mention to me! ? I drove down to the Vets only to be told I would need to go and collect meds from another branch as they had ru. Naturally I said no, its 4pm & I have children to collect from activities. I requested a refund and then met with no refunds as we don't know what happened to the liquid? Would I honestly want to retrun to the VetI had such a horrid consultation with, I think not. My only option is to tomorrow at 10am ..I have now called the main number to speak with a "Client Care co-ordinator" and told someone will call you back. Rozz who was kind and did listen to my cmplaint did say she would pas my number on, but could not say when I would be called back! Very dissappointing indead! Needless to say, I will not be back! We cannot praise Cromwell vets enough. After a very emotional few days we have said goodbye to our much loved house bunny, Bobby. The care that he received was outstanding from receptionists, nurses, and vets. It is such a sad event to lose a dear family member but the care he received gave us the comfort and support we needed. I've taken our cat Jupiter in so many times as he is accident prone/ foolish to an extreme! When I discussed having him neutered closer to four months than six our vet agreed, and there have been zero complications. Our cat was diagnosed with asthma, and when I took him in with my rather dismissive partner (he though it was a hairball) they listened and reassured me, fortunately/unfortunately he had one right there in the vet office so that was settled and his treatment and on going check ups have been a breeze. His continued disregard for his own safety and his miss guided belief that he can take on a neighbors chicken and a few dogs has resulted in a few more visits, which have always been readily available.  Peter is our regular vet and the entire team both locally and at the hospital are lovely! Peter particularly is very good, and I can't recommend him enough! Read Less

We have been using Cromwell Vets for nearly four years now. They are always very helpful and kind with my Airedale. The reception team are always very calming and try to get him in quickly when a urgent appointment is required. We have used Huntingdon and Cambourne and the same is true with the teams at each surgery. The vets listen and don't dismiss your concerns. Tonight after the surgery had closed Louise called me at home to offer other suggestions that could help with an ongoing issue Ted is having. I highly recommend the team. Five star service Read Less
