Having been with these vets for 7 years I was very disappointed in when I had a difficult situation with my cat they didn't have much empathy and deal with it well, and also charged me double for the medication I had the previous month. When I expressed my concerns and they could see how upset I was, they were quite happy for me to find another vet practice.
I even emailed a senior partner David Fennell, but he didn't even have the courtesy to reply.
