The Burghley Vets that local people have used and respected over the last 20 years is well and truly gone. The practice will try and milk every last penny from you. You cannot get a repeat prescription for any item unless you pay for an appointment, even though your vet may say this isn't required. You will meet obstructive reception staff, who will not let you speak directly to a vet, even though the vet told you specifically to ring should your dog have any post operative issues. You will have to make an appointment and pay for it. Appalling service and i have gone elsewhere (like many of my friends) after being a customer for 15 years.Read Less
