This practice and its team are just the absolute best. They really care and it clearly shows in their total dedication and utter reliability. What a brilliant team of vets came out last night to one of our mares after having a different vet out earlier in the evening which did not to a full examination and we were very unhappy and distressed phoned dyffryn tywi they came straight out and give a full examination of the mare and were brilliant highly recommend them Read Less

Amazing vets in every way!! Unfortunate we lost our horse due to unknown reasons to us of the vets. The team in Dyffryn Tywi gave my horse (Harry) the slightest bit of chance of survival and they never gave up. I can't thank the team enough for the love and care they gave Harry within the time they had him in their care. I always had updates throughout the day and night even - even if that was good or bad (good trait to have). Harry was calm and always in a relaxed state no matter what was happening- this is down to how the team handled the situation. I just wanted to also mention that the last minutes we had with Harry before being put to sleep...the vet (Sarah) was understanding and gave us the much needed alone time. When it came to putting Harry to sleep we all shared many tears including Sarah. Reviews on here that are negative are clearly signs of twisted owners!!! I have seen how much the vets care for the health and wellbeing for the horses so ignore any negative feedback!! Once again- thank you Dyffryn Tywi for the love and support!!! We will only ever use you from this moment on! Read Less

Fantastic team of Vets. Everyone who works within the practice are great to deal with. They all care a great deal about their horses, and the owners. They go that extra mile.

The best vets ......not only are they fab equine vets but are horse owners themselves. ..the team are fab ....caring and professional. ..The horse comes first ....can't rate them highly enough

The most unprofessional practice I've come across. Lacking in empathy and knowledge. Unable to admit when they're out of their depth (the most dangerous quality for a vet). Avoid at all costs.

Tonight in the rain our miniature mare started labour (the foal was early) in the muddy feild we struggled to get my baby to not give up fighting! Ringing Dyffrin Tywi, they sent someone imediately and gave loads of advice over the phone while we waited! Using their advice i was able to birth the foal myself and as soon as the vet arrived she wasted no time in helping with my mare! Sadly we lost the foal as he came out the wrong way and was early but my mare is happy and warm, just glad my princess is here to see another day!! Thank you Dyffrin Tywi 100% best equine vets around!!! Read Less
