Visited this Vet for first time accompanying my daughter and her new rescue beagle. The reception staff and the vet herself were welcoming and sympathetic to the dog who was very nervous and fearful because of his bad experiences with previous carers who had all given up on him. So we will of course be going back with Brodie and our other family dogs and horses.

Been with them a couple of years now after a bad experience with my local vet and my rough collie. Very happy with the treatment that both dogs I own and the courtesy I am dealt with. Vet's bills are never pleasant to have to deal with, but as long as the treatment is good and I understand what is happening I will continue to use them

my experience was a few years ago so things may be different, but i was looking for somewhere to register and take my dog Joel. i went to this vet with a view to making an appointment. i was told it was open clinic on a particular day, i was nt sure of my shifts so i thought this would be my best bet. i went along that day with joel, and clearly id been given the wrong information, but before i could explain i was told extremely abruptly "we are not a 24 hour service yknow!". when i tried to talk to them i was further met with an icy manner. it was both the vet and an receptionist, so defeated i walked away, i didnt know what else to do. needless to say i registered in another in burry port and was very happy there until joel died from old age.

Visited this Vet for first time accompanying my daughter and her new rescue beagle. The reception staff and the vet herself were welcoming and sympathetic to the dog who was very nervous and fearful because of his bad experiences with previous carers who had all given up on him. So we will of course be going back with Brodie and our other family dogs and horses.
