I just want to say thank you for the love and care I have received from you all over the passing of my 16 year old cat Heathcliffe who past away last week.
I couldn't have asked for more. The staff were thoughtful, respectful and kind.
The passing was dignified and peaceful and the aftercare amazing

my family have been at this vets for many years with our various dogs , cats and small furries , I have nothing but kind words for them, they go the extra mile and the reception staff are friendly , helpful and go the extra mile for you , having recently had our beloved dogs put to sleep the staff stayed late to give us enough time to say goodbye and compose ourselves before leaving , and then sent us a condolence card , and were thoughtful and compassionate and acted with care and humility and understand that our pet's are also our babies. they are incredibly lovely vets .

Some of the staff here are amazing. The vets do everything for the animals. However the reason for the three stars is because our cat recently had to be put to sleep and I had him cremated. Although the receptionist was incredible and helped me so much to make my mum's life a bit easier at a hard time no one informed me about his ashes being ready to collect. When I went to pick him up after having to chase it for a couple of weeks an older lady on reception didn't care at how upset we were about no one informing us she just brushed it off. Unfortunately she ruined the experience for everyone else who were amazing.

Some of the staff here are amazing. The vets do everything for the animals. However the reason for the three stars is because our cat recently had to be put to sleep and I had him cremated. Although the receptionist was incredible and helped me so much to make my mum's life a bit easier at a hard time no one informed me about his ashes being ready to collect. We have taken our puppy in for his shots, neutering and after-surgery check over the course of the last few months, and have been impressed each time.
The staff are extremely enthusiastic, attentive and knowledgeable, and are willing to go the extra mile. They are very fair and upfront with their costs, and called to get approval to pull some stuck puppy teeth. Finally, their instructions for aftercare and follow-ups are extremely clear and thorough.
We are very pleased to have found such a good surgery for our puppy. We will continue to use them for many years to come.

I usually go to Sian at Station House and she is amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she is always so helpful and re assuring.
I have just had to attend the out of hours vets in Warrington and both the receptionist/ Nurse and vets were lovely and made me feel at ease.

Just been to this vets with my dog who has ear infection and as usual i have been fleeced on the cost of treatment.
The consultation fee i have no problem with 23.75 + VAT.
However.......
Otomax ear ...
Just been to this vets with my dog who has ear infection and as usual i have been fleeced on the cost of treatment.
The consultation fee i have no problem with 23.75 + VAT.
However.......
Otomax ear drops 14ml 16.33 + VAT (online 6.70 inc VAT)
Advocate 400 XL Dog 1 vial 11.01 + VAT (online 17.84 inc VAT) but you get three vials which by my reckoning works out that a single vial should only cost 5.95
Clorexyderm oto 150ml ear cleaner 16.48 + VAT (online 13.10 inc VAT)
So if i had not been ripped off, my fee at this vets should have been 54.25
"NOT THE 81.09 THEY JUST CHARGED ME"
I would have thought a professional organisation would behave more ethically, if i were to price materials for my business with such a perverse mark up, not only would i be out of business, i would probably be taken to court on some sort of fraud rap.
