Have never been here, but emailed them a few times when looking for a new vet. I asked them if they do the jabs for my two rabbits and they didn't even bother to reply, so clearly don't. Yet another small animal vet who'd rather deal with just cats and dogs.

Excellent service and pricing - lovely reception staff. I felt that Ben really cared about my dog and wasn’t just looking to make money. Very fair and transparent. Would highly recommend.

Returned my call promptly out of hours, and fitted in my dog first thing the following morning once he'd established she was ok overnight.

Our Whippet needed emergency care late on Saturday night 20th January phoned Ben and he meet us at the surgery within 15 min - all was fine - great service, couldn't ask for more, highly recommend.

Ben always puts animal welfare first and foremost. He is knowledgeable and experienced. The staff here have a real empathy for their animal patients and their owners.

Myself and my mother both use this vet for our cats. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Always had good advice from the lady on reception and the vets themselves. Brilliant!

This is an excellent veterinary practice and Ben Jones is to be highly recommended as a sensitive, kind and hard working vet. We have been to this practice since it first opened and always found Ben and his staff very professional and friendly. Recently one of my Labs severely sliced open her pad on a sharp object at the beach. I was very distressed at the amount of blood and phoned Ben immediately. He calmly told me to wrap it in a towel and that he would be prepared for my Lab when we got to him. Ben sedated, stitched, bandaged the pad etc. I received reassuring advice that all would be well and all is well. Ben and his staff are very approachable and I would never hesitate to phone, even just for advice. Congratulations Ben - for all of my animals you are Vet of the Year, every year!
