Every Vets4Pets practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.

These vets are welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I like the separate waiting room provided for cats, containing raised platforms for owners to place their pet carriers on.

Poor communication. Not telling us the dog doesn't need to eat and wrong appointment times. Plus when you arrive early for your appointment you are often made to wait 20 mins until after your schedule...

Today we visited this practice for the first time as our elderly dog had deteriorated rapidly. Our usual vets was not open for a few more hours so we attended here as our dear girl was suffering. The vet, Nicola, treated us and our dog with such compassion and care that it made a very emotional time easier. We really couldn't be more grateful and the sensitivity that was shown shall never be forgotten. When we are ready to welcome another pet into our family this will be our chosen veterinary surgery.

I live in the States now but was visiting my dad in October and needed some advice on his cat's diet.
Alice in reception was amazingly helpful, and really went the extra mile to help us. She even arranged to have special diet cat food delivered to my dad as he was local.
This is top of the range service and when I move back to the UK if we live in Chester we will definitely be taking our pets here.

Soon as I walked in the receptionists asked me if I needed help etc. The vet that handled my appointment was fantastic, easy to talk to and was clear to see he was an expert in his field. Even my cat ...
Soon as I walked in the receptionists asked me if I needed help etc. The vet that handled my appointment was fantastic, easy to talk to and was clear to see he was an expert in his field. Even my cat who is an absolute wriggler was calm around him and there were absolutely no problems except for the drive there! The receptionists were very professional and sorry I can't resist but Olivia was a pleasure to deal with even if it was only for a few minutes! They were quick, efficient and very friendly amongst other things but I won't get into that. Waiting time was around 5-10 minutes and the appointment lasted a maximum of 5 minutes.
Brilliant service, brilliant location and even better staff.

I have been registered with Vets4Pets Chester for 9 months and have been there numerous of times with our rescue cats. The staff is lovely and if I bring one cat in they ask how the other one is doing...
I have been registered with Vets4Pets Chester for 9 months and have been there numerous of times with our rescue cats. The staff is lovely and if I bring one cat in they ask how the other one is doing. They always answer any questions, silly or not and I have nothing bad to say about them. I find the prices to be really reasonable, we have been in for several check ups which they haven't charged anything for unless you get some form of treatment. I would highly recommend them!

Kind, caring, sensitive, really know their stuff and above all care about our much loved pets!! Don't know what the 'bad experience' of the previous review was but I can honestly say I would highly reccomend them to anyone who cares about their pets. They give sound and sensible advice and I am 100% happiy with the care and treatment my dogs have received there. I highly recommend them to anyone who cares about their pets.

Today we visited this practice for the first time as our elderly dog had deteriorated rapidly. Our usual vets was not open for a few more hours so we attended here as our dear girl was suffering. The vet, Nicola, treated us and our dog with such compassion and care that it made a very emotional time easier. I live in the States now but was visiting my dad in October and needed some advice on his cat's diet.
Alice in reception was amazingly helpful, and really went the extra mile to help us. She even arranged to have special diet cat food delivered to my dad as he was local.
This is top of the range service and when I move back to the UK if we live in Chester we will definitely be taking our pets here.

Soon as I walked in the receptionists asked me if I needed help etc. The vet that handled my appointment was fantastic, easy to talk to and was clear to see he was an expert in his field. Even my cat who is an absolute wriggler was calm around him and there were absolutely no problems except for the drive there!
