We have been taking our cat to this vets practice for a year. On Saturday, she had an accident where she cut her leg open and was losing a lot of blood. She was taken to the Storrar Practice and turned away because “they were closing in 10 minutes”. How can a company who are supposed to care about animals behave in this way? I find this utterly disgusting and will be making a formal complaint. My sister was shaken up, worried and crying and was just sent away by this horrendous vets. My cat was treated at Vets for Pets who couldn’t have done more for her. She needed immediate surgery and was lucky to be alive, no thanks to the Storrar Practice. It is safe to say that we will not be returning to this heartless practice.

Storrar vets were fantastic when our Guinea Pig got sick. Sadly on Thursday he was put to sleep. They were so good with us! Today a condolences card arrived proving how kind and caring they are. We also take our Collie fairly regularly as he has a sensitive stomach, they are fantastic with him. I would highly recommend them.

How I wish we lived nearer and could make The Storrar Practice our regular vet's surgery. We are between houses and staying with friends in Chester and my labrador developed a urine leaking problem on a Friday night. They were very helpful when I rang on Saturday morning, offered me an appointment within an hour and a half and all the staff I encountered were cheerful, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. If I can find a practice like this near my new home I will register - if not, it looks as though we will be making 30 minute trips to The Storrar Practice from Wallasey! We have been taking our cat to this vets practice for a year. On Saturday, she had an accident where she cut her leg open and was losing a lot of blood. She was taken to the Storrar Practice and turned away because “they were closing in 10 minutes”. How can a company who are supposed to care about animals behave in this way? We are between houses and staying with friends in Chester and my labrador developed a urine leaking problem on a Friday night.
