Today we visited this practice for the first time as our elderly dog had deteriorated rapidly. Our usual vets was not open for a few more hours so we attended here as our dear girl was suffering. The vet, Nicola, treated us and our dog with such compassion and care that it made a very emotional time easier. We really couldn't be more grateful and the sensitivity that was shown shall never be forgotten. When we are ready to welcome another pet into our family this will be our chosen veterinary surgery. She even arranged to have special diet cat food delivered to my dad as he was local. Soon as I walked in the receptionists asked me if I needed help etc. The vet that handled my appointment was fantastic, easy to talk to and was clear to see he was an expert in his field. Even my cat who is an absolute wriggler was calm around him and there were absolutely no problems except for the drive there! The receptionists were very professional and sorry I can't resist but Olivia was a pleasure to deal with even if it was only for a few minutes! They were quick, efficient and very friendly amongst other things but I won't get into that. Waiting time was around 5-10 minutes and the appointment lasted a maximum of 5 minutes. Brilliant service, brilliant location and even better staff. Thank you! Read Less

I have been registered with Vets4Pets Chester for 9 months and have been there numerous of times with our rescue cats. The staff is lovely and if I bring one cat in they ask how the other one is doing. They always answer any questions, silly or not and I have nothing bad to say about them. I find the prices to be really reasonable, we have been in for several check ups which they haven't charged anything for unless you get some form of treatment. I would highly recommend them!
