Always helpful and friendly staff. Always fit my 20 year old cat in promptly. The vet is lovely , very informative and understanding. Would never go anywhere else . Highly recommend.

I had my suspicions about this practice's standards for years apart from the place being dirty and dingy. My cat was ill, losing 30% of his weight in a few months. I took him to charter vets who check...
I had my suspicions about this practice's standards for years apart from the place being dirty and dingy. My cat was ill, losing 30% of his weight in a few months. I took him to charter vets who checked him over & decided to do blood tests. They struggled to get the blood, I could of done better blind folded, then when I contacted them for the results said that they had left the blood for too long and it had congealed so weren't able to complete the testing, but that he seemed fine and his kidneys were ok. Two weeks later I took him to Congleton vets practice in west heath. who immediately said he had an enlarged kidney and did blood tests, they were very gentle with him and the results were available in 15 mins as they have on site testing facilities. Sadly the tests revealed kidney failure and he had to be put to sleep. Thanks charter vets.
