Fantastic brilliant cant say any better. I travel over 10 miles to go there because of how good they are. I.E my springer if i had lisend to vet 4 pet would have had his leg off this place is keeping ...

The staff at Betley Vets look after my rabbits and chinchilla. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and I feel confident in the level of care they provide.
Last night my bunny was off colour, I rang them and although they were really busy they still managed to see him and gave him a thorough check up and treatment. Very impressed with the service they provide.

These vets mis diagnosed our dog saying she needed knee surgery then when the surgeon came out he said there was nothing wrong with her knee it was her Achilles tendon so did not operate. Then the ve...
These vets mis diagnosed our dog saying she needed knee surgery then when the surgeon came out he said there was nothing wrong with her knee it was her Achilles tendon so did not operate. Then the vets insisted we pay for the surgeons costs for attending even though she was not operated on and they had stuffef up. To make matters worse the bandage and splint they put on her leg rubbed so badly it ended up requiring stitches. These vets may be nice and great for routine items but don't go there if there is a real problem.

These Vets were Fantastic i had found a stray old border terrier (Scruff) who had very bad teeth and needed some removed. My vets in my area were unhelpful and showed no care and quoted me a ridiculous price to have tooth removed and it was coming to the point where i thought he was going to have to be PTS. i had been ringing different vets and came across Pool Farm vets i rang them and they were brilliant gave me a fair price and were aware he was a stray old dog and gave him a 5* treatment So a big thank you to the vets at Pool Farm i now have a very happy dog who is pain free and can enjoy the rest of the time he has.

These Vets were Fantastic i had found a stray old border terrier (Scruff) who had very bad teeth and needed some removed. My vets in my area were unhelpful and showed no care and quoted me a ridiculous price to have tooth removed and it was coming to the point where i thought he was going to have to be PTS. i had been ringing different vets and came across Pool Farm vets i rang them and they were brilliant gave me a fair price and were aware he was a stray old dog and gave him a 5* treatment So a big thank you to the vets at Pool Farm i now have a very happy dog who is pain free and can enjoy the rest of the time he has.
