Never run to time despite dog being in distress !!! Wouldn't use them if it wasn't for the weekend service !!

Spent 45 mins on the phone calling the vet with a recording saying my call was important etc & then I ran out of credit. Hanging on for nearly an hour is a disgrace. Ridiculous!

It's a great place to take your pets. The staff are very friendly and my cats gets top notch care.
