Wright & Morten looked after our dog really, really well. They are not only good in what they do but they are lovingly looking after your pet and will be going out of their way to make sure the best service is provided. If it is standard check-ups for your super-nervous dog or a blood test for an (unfounded) scare, they are there for you. In our case, this extended (sadly) till the very, very end: I was scared when it came to taking the hard decision to put our 17-year-old dog to sleep but it was greatly helped by the empathy and care they afforded us. I've been with Wright and Molten for many years with many pets. They have always been top class when dealing with bad news and showing lots of sensitivity to the owners who are upset. They always show an interest in each animal and will try their hardest to make the animal feel at ease. Misdiagnosis of a simple hernia meant that a second opinion had to be sought at a different vets which lead to a complicated operation and long recovery which was completely avoidable had it been diagnosed correctly in the first place. Avoid if you care about your animals. Read Less

A great vet for small pets. I have brought a mouse and rabbits here a few times, and the vets are always great. They offer a repeat prescription where needed which is good. They are as knowledgeable as you could want for a vets that don't specialize in rabbits and are great for check ups, vaccinations or any common ailments. They also have an out of hours emergency service which is just as good. Read Less

I normally go to the Congleton branch, however when I've called the last few times I have found the customer service sadly lacking. I couldn't even get an appointment today for a booster. So I rang the Macc branch (spoke to Debbie) who was really helpful, and arranged an appointment at the Macc branch. Great service Macc, Poor service Congleton. In my humble opinion it's things like this happening that make people think about swapping veterinary care providers! Read Less

Alfie had bone cancer four years ago and had to have his leg off at your practice. This was a hard time and I was told he may only live for a year, but he was able to double his life.
