I called this morning and got an appointment for my dog this afternoon. I got through to them straight away and the lady on reception was lovely. When I arrived I had to wait a little while with a nervous dog but obviously you have to expect this sometimes. The vet took us in to the treatment room and was very knowledgeable and lovely with our dog. He explained his condition very clearly to us and luckily for us all it was good news. Everyone we saw there were very friendly but also professional. Thank you. Read Less
