I do not appreciate being told raw food d is not ideal for my pets I have had animals for years my first pet at my age of 14 was fed on mince she lived for years I have a cat of 15 that has lived on raw for most of her life she is 15years old so how can you say its bad? Only brought my dog here for one appointment but wasn't impressed. Having worked at a vets myself I found the place quite dirty and had to weigh my dog myself which should automatically be done by a receptionist/vet as a routine health check and to inform meds administered etc. The vet attempted to give my dog her kennel cough spray numerous times which caused her A LOT of stress as she violently struggled against me holding her head still. Her vaccination caused a large lump to form on her neck which again I'd never experienced before. The staff were quite friendly but I have since moved to Nantwich Vets and I am very happy there.
