I have been attending The Willows Vets for 40+ years and there is no-one better in my opinion (I have been in other Vets). They are very thorough and always put the animal first. I also like the fact that with them being a hospital, there is always someone on site looking after my dog and also on the end of a phone in the night should I need them. The Vets are very approachable and will ring you in person if need be. I have even had to go in on Christmas day once when my dog got his bandage wet to have it redressed! Read Less

I can not speak highly enough of the Willows. During the past two years I have practically 'lived there' with my dogs, and have been through some extremely difficult times. Every vet I have seen, within that time, have been very professional, thoroughly knowledgeable and very understanding. They put your mind at rest, take time to answer any questions you may have, keep you updated on any progress and are sympathetic to each individual case. The receptionists, are very friendly and welcoming and are happy to help. Equally, The nursing staff are superb, very helpful and knowledgeable. All- in- all I would highly recommend this practice and all of the staff - I won't take my dogs anywhere else! Read Less

I have just returned to Hartford Vets after a two year break, the vets here are just wonderful. I stopped going because they had a young receptionist that was really unhelpful and rude, as front of house she was not a "people person" I've now returned now she's gone! It's great to be back to decent vets who are just brilliant. Read Less

Not the best experience had here two receptionist were clearly young and not very experienced considering its supposed to be a professional business!! Came across rather stuck up and like they both would have rather been else were, not very helpful in enquiring about rehoming a cat either even though there is a lost and found webpage connected to the business, kept pawning us of with different phone numbers!! Want to thank the lovely elderly lady who came to the rescue, she knew one of their clients was connected to a cat rehoming centre and when asked for her details they didn't seem interested! Bit of leniency under the circumstances wouldn't have gone a miss, oh and it's the most expensive vetinary in the area! But you don't always Get what you pay for!!Read Less
