Recently had to have our dog put down. Asked for him to be cremated since he was a large dog and we had no where to bury him. We picked up the ashes and received them in a beautiful wooden box with his name on. There were cards and a poem with his paw prints on. We were not expecting anything like that. Beautiful. A fantastic service

Great vets and always manages to fit my pets in. They make you feel very welcome and always happy to help.
Vet David has always been great with my dog. This time I didn't think my dog would make it but she is doing remarkable after spending the night. He rang me at night and in the morning with a update which my other vets have never done with my pets.
Wouldn't take my dog anywhere else even tho the bill was a lot was worth the care and treatment she got.

Pets come first. Lovely staff who genuinely care more for you and your animal over and above some vets who's 1st question seems to be "Do you have insurance?" Wished we'd found this vets years ago.

When my regular vets and another local one were too busy to see my very ill kittie the staff at Bold Vets were only too happy to help. Despite already being fully booked they didn't turn us away. They stayed well past closing hours to treat my sick cat. Forever grateful as had we waited another night not sure he would be here. Amazing staff with big hearts for the animals. Thank you. Brian

Switching vets to day after having both my dogs in here due to on going ear infections I payed a bill off 100 for a test to be done to find out why this was on going for so long. After months waiting ...
Switching vets to day after having both my dogs in here due to on going ear infections I payed a bill off 100 for a test to be done to find out why this was on going for so long. After months waiting for the results that we had to ask over in the end they told us that it's a ongoing thing and just to carry on with the drops there's nothing else they can do. Last year while I was in over these ear infections I did point out a small lump on my dogs back to be told by one off the vets it's common for dogs and nothing to worry about and last week I was back in yet again over a ear infection and while I was there I did point out the lump to a different vet to be told that it it needs removing and why I didn't point this out ??? In fuming and sick with worry now . They give me drops again and tablets for this lump ( just incase it goes down they said ) I took my dog home after the 80 bill and the next day for a few days she was vomiting bad . I called the vets first three by Monday over her vomiting over these tablets to be told to bring her in again to check her over which they should off done in the first place and they will change her tablets as they were making her vomit but I would have to pay again ?? This place seems to be more happy taking your money than looking at your pet and now I'm worried sick over a lump that you said was no record off me mentioning to you last year ??? Need a vet to give me the answers I need to the problems both my dogs have got and in the 6 years ive been with you I've had nothing but large bills so sorry for the review but I'm upset and disappointed in your service
