I have been coming to this vets for 15 years with my cat and was very happy at the start however now I only see locum vets. Mostly they have all been very pleasant however I do have an issue with this from a consistency point of view. I always have to start at the beginning of the medical history with each new locum and would much prefer to have a regular vet that I could see. Also there seems to have been lots of different reception staff too which again have been mostly pleasant but again no consistency. If my cat were not so old I would have changed vets to move to one with regular vets. However a special mention should be made of Aleks the receptionist on duty today who was absolutely fabulous and so welcoming and helpful - please don't leave!

Fantastic friendly ongoing treatment for my 14 year old cat...great atmosphere on walking in, at what is always a nervy time...both for me and my cat...but always put at ease by Vetcare reception staf...
Fantastic friendly ongoing treatment for my 14 year old cat...great atmosphere on walking in, at what is always a nervy time...both for me and my cat...but always put at ease by Vetcare reception staff. Helpful and knowledgeable, and I always feel 'safe' that she is getting the best possible treatment - even when the cause of the illness isn't immediately obvious. I know my beloved cat is ...and always will be...in the safest of hands.

I took 3 animals in to the Sale clinic on Monday 19th June 2017, for a yearly check. All 3 members of staff on duty - Jessica, Alice and Matteo were warm and welcoming, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive and caring. Thank you so much, for all your help with a very anxious cat who does not travel at all well. See you again soon and I would highly recommend this practice to any animals who don't like the vet, as these guys are amazing.

I've taken my pets to Vetcare Bolton for more than 10 years and quite frequently the latter end of 2016 with my staffy Brandy who sadly died before Christmas. We moved to Atherton almost 3 years ago but still continued to go to Bolton. We've just got a new addition to our family and there was no question in my mind that we would take him anywhere else. Rosanne, Sarah and Neil are amazing and we have complete faith and trust in them all that they will always do the best for our pets and us

Vetcare are the best veterinary practice anyone could possibly wish for. I have been a client for over 30 years and would highly recommend this practice. They offer a top class service with vets, nurses and support staff that really care about the pet and their owners. The service they give to all of their customers is top class customer & pet care, I use the Leigh, Hindley & Bolton Surgeries and have received the same top class service from all, thank you Chad, Neil and all the gang for the service you provide. Over the last 25yrs all of my cats have been treated at Vetcare Pennington. My latest has just been spayed & the treatment by the staff is wonderful whether it's a sad time or a routine procedure.

I took my ferret Trixie to get spayed and was a little worried about her the vets explained everything before hand and called me to explain what to do before she goes the staff where very polite and friendly and afterwards explained what I needed to do to take care of her until she heals they also booked me in for a check up appointment 2 days after and the cost was very reasonable, in the future I will definitely be coming here again as I'm sure my pets will be cared for in there hands

Been going to vet care for about 13 years now, when my dog went blind the owner chad was the only person that found out what it was, archie my blind king charles still sees chad on a regular basis and he is amazing at his work. Ive got to say all the staff at vetcare are also amazing as they never fail to give a great service.

Personally I don't recommend. Just been there with my rabbit as he has got a problem with eyes, and teeth.. Vet Neil Taylor been not gentle at all!! Rabbit is small animal and it's not really strong, ...
Personally I don't recommend. Just been there with my rabbit as he has got a problem with eyes, and teeth.. Vet Neil Taylor been not gentle at all!! Rabbit is small animal and it's not really strong, when I told vet, if he could stop holding him that way, he replied to me saying "I am not doing anything wrong" I don't think so.. Literally my rabbit even maded some noises while vet had hold him.
I've Been there before many times, and always everything was fine, and I always been happy with the service, vets didn't charge me too much, I been charged just for medications.. Today I been charged 25 for a 5 minutes visit and 9 for medication. I don't mind to pay for a help, but not for such a rude vet I have ever meet!

We have been taking our dog Buddy to Vetcare in Sale for as long as we've had him (18 months) and the staff and service have always been polite and professional. However, it is our most recent trip to Vetcare that has prompted me to write this review. Buddy was having his nails trimmed (an experience he finds very traumatic). We had a vet that we had not met before, Chad. He was an absolute star! I can't commend Chad and the nurse on duty enough, they really went above and beyond to ensure that the treatment was safe and as relaxed as possible for Budd and put my mind at ease too. If you're local to Trafford, don't hesitate in taking your animals here. It's the best vets that I've been to.

I have a half Pug, half Maltese terrier at home, and let me tell you she is a handful. When she was younger she unfortunately needed a operation on her leg. This cost me an arm and a leg! This vets was fantastic.The staff are so friendly and happy to sit and talk/ give advice for longer than you would expect. They genuinely care about the animals the treat and always want to keep in touch to know how they get on. I genuinely enjoy going back every time, not only because I get to see all the other lovely pets in the waiting room but because Molly's face lights up which is the best indication I chose the right vets!

I have been coming to this vets for 15 years with my cat and was very happy at the start however now I only see locum vets. Mostly they have all been very pleasant however I do have an issue with this from a consistency point of view. I always have to start at the beginning of the medical history with each new locum and would much prefer to have a regular vet that I could see. Also there seems to have been lots of different reception staff too which again have been mostly pleasant but again no consistency. If my cat were not so old I would have changed vets to move to one with regular vets. We have been taking our dog Buddy to Vetcare in Sale for as long as we've had him (18 months) and the staff and service have always been polite and professional. However, it is our most recent trip to Vetcare that has prompted me to write this review. Buddy was having his nails trimmed (an experience he finds very traumatic). We had a vet that we had not met before, Chad. He was an absolute star! I can't commend Chad and the nurse on duty enough, they really went above and beyond to ensure that the treatment was safe and as relaxed as possible for Budd and put my mind at ease too. If you're local to Trafford, don't hesitate in taking your animals here. It's the best vets that I've been to.

This vets was fantastic.The staff are so friendly and happy to sit and talk/ give advice for longer than you would expect.
