Just over a week ago I had to allow Jim to send one of my fur babies to Rainbow Bridge. Because of Covid, I couldn't be with her for the whole thing as people can only be in for a maximum of 30 minutes. Jim is marvellous and always sedates the animals so that they are asleep before the final injection. I elected to go in while Jim gave the final injection. I have been a client of Jim's for many years and have gone through this many times having rescued cats. I manage to hold it together until Jim nods that it is over, then the tears start. Jim is so kind and considerate, nobody needs be embarrassed by being tearful. His nurses Sue and Jo are so supportive. Nobody needs worry about their fur babies becoming patients of this practise. They could NEVER be in better hands

I have taken my animals to Jim almost since he opened until recently since ill health forced me to use a vet at the end of my road. No where as good as Jim who is kind gent and sensitive to both animals and humans. He has worked wonders with some of my many fur babies past and present. He deserves to be successful

Jim the vet is absolutely brilliant. He's been great every time we've had to take our dog there, they've been honest and really helpful. Would definitely recommend to pet owners.

Got to say Jim Shaw and staff have been great with my Elmo the cat! He's getting on now and has been diagnosed with thyroid, but he's not ready to go yet! After suffering badly with sickness and diarrhoea Jo the nurse suggested I swap his food to just chicken and fish and it's worked a treat, he's a much happier cat, so thanks to you all for keep going with him, great practice, they always fit you in as soon as they can, with very reasonable prices

This is our local vets so when we got a kitten we started to take her here, they are very friendly, clean and professional. And have looked after our Cat now for over a year, wouldn't go anywhere else...

Just over a week ago I had to allow Jim to send one of my fur babies to Rainbow Bridge. Because of Covid, I couldn't be with her for the whole thing as people can only be in for a maximum of 30 minutes. Jim is marvellous and always sedates the animals so that they are asleep before the final injection. I elected to go in while Jim gave the final injection. I have been a client of Jim's for many years and have gone through this many times having rescued cats. I manage to hold it together until Jim nods that it is over, then the tears start. Jim is so kind and considerate, nobody needs be embarrassed by being tearful. His nurses Sue and Jo are so supportive. Nobody needs worry about their fur babies becoming patients of this practise. I have taken my animals to Jim almost since he opened until recently since ill health forced me to use a vet at the end of my road. No where as good as Jim who is kind gent and sensitive to both animals and humans. He has worked wonders with some of my many fur babies past and present. He deserves to be successful
