I can not stress enough how disgusting me and my late Winstons experience has been with these vultures:
My 20 MONTH old puppy went in for routine boas surgery, had to have cpr which would have been ok if it wasnt for the fact Winston suffered brain damage and was blind and they sent him home a matter of hours after. There is more to our tragic story and feel free to message me for more details on how awful these 'vets' are.
From start to finish my experience was despicable and it has resulted in my beautiful puppy no longer with us.
Doug the surgeon failed to see a dog was severely brain damaged and blind upon examination within a week of the op.
Greenbank will not respond to my email of complaint and i have taken it to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons who will hopefully deal with these inhumane people.
I am begging you not to take your pet here. The lack of care we both received and lack of empathy makes me feel physically sick even writing this.

I took my 81 yr old mum and her cat to the vet today I have never been treated so badly my mums cat had blood in his urine they wanted to give him pain relief and send him away i new we would be back ...
I took my 81 yr old mum and her cat to the vet today I have never been treated so badly my mums cat had blood in his urine they wanted to give him pain relief and send him away i new we would be back as he needed antibiotics they would not give him them and was going on about anesthetics ultrasounds blood test urine tests insteadof seeing how he is on penicillin we weren’t happ happy so they held the cat for vitually 2 hours which I felt they done on purpose so I overlapped on the 2 hr car park limit to punish us cos we don’t agree with the vet we went to other vet who jabbed him with 2week shot of penicillin we were home in 20 minutes never again would I go through that ordeal again

Have the dogs registered there but normally use another vets because of pngoing treatment for another dog, Went in as an emergency, first visit, called them at 1830, squeezed us in and got saw before ...
Have the dogs registered there but normally use another vets because of pngoing treatment for another dog, Went in as an emergency, first visit, called them at 1830, squeezed us in and got saw before 7pm.
Got excellent advice, two courses of tablets for a poorly pooch, less than £50!!
Dog now fully fit again.
Excellent set up with 5 Star staff.

We had to have our beloved Toby put to sleep, the staff were so lovely, it's distressing at the best of times but they let us have plenty of time with him and were very professional and courteous.

A great place for your pets. I visited with my little dog regarding being neutered.
He received great aftercare and the staff really looked after him.

The new practice building is purpose built and an improvement on the old place. Some parking available on site which is more convenient when visiting.

I strongly recommend this clinic. My little dog had a bad ear infection. She wasn't registered with the clinic yet they booked me in at the earliest date. Their site describes exactly how they are:giving excellent vet care at affordable prices. I found the staff to be competent, polite and very welcoming. Will be going back here any time we need it 😊

Been coming to Greenbank for 9years now with our Cats and Dog. All the staff are friendly and professional. Our English bull terrier had to have a serious leg operation after a bad break early in her life. Doug and the team did a superb job from 1st assessment to aftercare. And she made a very speedy recovery. We attended the open day for the new, very impressive state of the art clinic. I urge anyone looking for a new veterinary clinic to visit Greenbank and see the place for yourself.

We've been using this vets for a good few years now. Having been to others in the area this is definately the best by far. The staff are friendly and highly skilled, you get the feeling they want the best for your animal without trying to hard sell expensive treatments. I won't go anywjere else.
