My daughters African Pigmy Hedgehog Mila was very poorly in July and I contacted Birch Heath and they were very helpful. Mila saw A lovely vet called Leanne. She was brilliant with Mila and soon had her better. We actual feared the worst when we dropped her off as she looked so poorly. Leanne kept us up to date with everything she was doing with her. I have an axolotl, not the most common pet and after speaking to my local vets they said this is the place to go, and they were so right! I was with the vet Vicki for around 15mins discussing different treatment option and she seemed generally interested and not in a rush to get me out. Then after that we had numerous phone calls discussing the next phase of treatment which I wasn't charged for and Vicki always rang back when she said she would, even after the practice had closed for the day. Would not hesitate to bring my boys here again if they are ill! Read Less
