As a potential future customer with my three dogs, I was told that as I was not one of their clients, and had only phoned them because it was Sunday, that I would be charged £65 for a consultation!

As a potential future customer with my three dogs, I was told that as I was not one of their clients, and had only phoned them because it was Sunday, that I would be charged £65 for a consultation!
I found another Vets4Pets that was open, as my girl was in dire need of attention, and was welcomed, and seen almost immediately, for which I am really grateful. I will now be registering my other dogs with them as they are open Saturday and Sunday and the staff were so helpful.
Pity Vets4Pets Wallasey don't realise that they are losing potential customers with their attitude. I'm sure if I'd have phoned during the week I would have been welcomed with open arms, instead of trying to make a fast buck because I was in need of help on a Sunday.

My cat loves it here always well treated by Rik and his team. They all pay him attention soon as we get there. Great professional team who really do care about animals and go that extra mile. I got a great package deal on vaccinations and micro chipping. Great value for money and the location is great we always get our cat a treat from downstairs. Keep up the good work guys.

My dog loves going to the vets!!? He always gets a lovely welcome from the nurses and reception staff and practice owner Rikesh has always cared for him well. Today he managed to remove an embedded grass seed from his eye under a local anaesthetic. Couldnt believe how good Buddy was for him just sat there and let him do it!

After paying for a consultation before getting our dog neutered, we arrived & were told the price would be 90 more than the quote we had. According to the vet, the original one we saw was just a locum & got it wrong. 90 more though? We had to walk away feeling embarrassed because we couldn't make up the extra today. We've decided to take our 3 dogs elsewhere in future mainly because of the attitude of their resident vet. Kerching, their loss!
