This has to be one of the best veterinary surgery's in the country the compassion and empathy they show to your pet and also to you is first class, soon as you walk in you feel comfortable with a big smile greeting you from behind the desk and the way they dote on your pet puts you at ease too.

The practise is outstanding. The team go out of their way to make both pets and owners feel at ease. John is the most amazingly talented and skilled vet. I wouldnt ever take my dogs anywhere else. The respect and kindness that every single one of the staff gives to animals is truly heartwarming and I appreciate everything theyve done to care for my pets over the years.

Took my cat in with severe symptoms, he is old and very gentle but yet was handled very harshly by the vet and i was told to take him home with no medications or anything, when he clearly needed furth...
Took my cat in with severe symptoms, he is old and very gentle but yet was handled very harshly by the vet and i was told to take him home with no medications or anything, when he clearly needed further care. Took him to another vets, with much friendlier staff and he was diagnosed with severe kidney problems, which I have been told is very easily diagnosed in older cats and something that should have been looked for, a simple blood test confirmed the diagnosis which I was not even offered at maple. The reception and nursing staff were very reluctant to help and I felt very unwelcome, which increased how upset I was. Definitely would not recommend.

Best vets ever, really care about our animals and not just the cost. I recommend this vets to everyone. Just a few days ago my cat was suppose to be put to sleep!! Took her to see my fantastic vet John and told me my rosie's injury was definitely not a reason to put her to sleep, soooooo glad I got a 2nd opinion 24hrs before rosie's end of life she is only 18mths old, her life maybe a little different but still have a quality of life. Maple vets all the way for me and I have my 6 cats staying with them. Thank you John xx

This has to be one of the best veterinary surgery's in the country the compassion and empathy they show to your pet and also to you is first class, soon as you walk in you feel comfortable with a big smile greeting you from behind the desk and the way they dote on your pet puts you at ease too.

The practise is outstanding. The team go out of their way to make both pets and owners feel at ease. John is the most amazingly talented and skilled vet. I wouldnt ever take my dogs anywhere else. Took my cat in with severe symptoms, he is old and very gentle but yet was handled very harshly by the vet and i was told to take him home with no medications or anything, when he clearly needed further care. Took him to another vets, with much friendlier staff and he was diagnosed with severe kidney problems, which I have been told is very easily diagnosed in older cats and something that should have been looked for, a simple blood test confirmed the diagnosis which I was not even offered at maple. The reception and nursing staff were very reluctant to help and I felt very unwelcome, which increased how upset I was. Definitely would not recommend.

Best vets ever, really care about our animals and not just the cost. I recommend this vets to everyone. Just a few days ago my cat was suppose to be put to sleep!!
