You would have to very far to find a place that comes close to this one, I have been using this practice for Forty years and have never had any problems with any part of the service. When we first came there was only John and his wife when they where on Liverpool road so have had the privelige to watch the practice grow, and grow it has, with I think they now have six vets some of them specialise in different animals, the nursing staff are equal to the vets in their ability to help and their friendliness, they are always warm friendly and caring, as I said at the start I don't think you could find a place quite as good as this.

I have been a customer for many years and would not take my dogs anywhere else. One of my dogs has a complex medical condition and for the past 7 years Gill has worked with me every step of the way to ensure she has the best quality of life. Gill is patient, understanding and always willing to do everything she can to keep Jess's condition stable, an amazing vet. Everybody is welcoming and professional. The facilities are spotlessly clean. I would absolutely recommend Andale to anybody who is looking for a higher end veterinary surgery for their pet.

We have been taking our GSD here since we got him and he loves it. The receptionists and vets always make a huge fuss of him. Today we took our chihuahua In for the first time she had hurt her paw and was clearly I pain. She is a very nervous girl due to a bad start in life before we got her. I'm delighted with how she was treated!! The vet took the time to get to know her and gain her trust, treated her paw and gave her a full check up. It really warms my heart to see such a dog lover. Thank you very much for a fab service will definitely be recommending you xxx

Decided to take my puppy here after all of my past family pets were registered here. As soon as we walked in, the receptionists made a massive fuss, and had a chat with us, didn't have much time to chat as we were seen to almost straight away! Whilst getting his injections the vet (sorry, I can't remember his name!) explained to us that little Opie had an irregularly irregular arrhythmia and took his time to make sure we understood exactly what it was and what to keep an eye out for, also telling us what other health issues may be typical of his breed. To top it all off he asked about our search for pet insurance and when I told him I was having difficultly, helped to sign us up to a free 4 weeks of Petplan which really helped to lift the weight while I searched for the right insurance. Opie got spoilt on the way out with treats and cuddles. I refuse to go anywhere else.

This is a Fabulous Vets ..My Bestest Boy Sparky wasn't 100% so I took him yesterday to see what was wrong with him. Staff are so friendly & caring .. he even got a goody bag for Xmas. After some tests and a short wait i was told he had Diabetes.. Maria was amazing she explained it all to me and even gave me a hug when I got a little upset. That's what you want from a Vet when you go to feel that they care about your pet as much as the owners and they certainly do. It's going to be a challenge injecting Sparky every day but I know without doubt I have the Support from all the staff anytime. Thank You xx

From the minute you walk through the door there is a friendly yet professional atmosphere. The reception staff are great and always fuss the pets, equally they are really kind when people are upset. Poppi's vet Maria is amazing, she makes my old lady feel calm and always takes the time to give her a full check over even if she's just in to get her vaccine or nails done. Fabulous staff all round and highly recommended.

I honestly cannot thank the staff enough. Sadly we had to make the tough decision to let our labrador Ted go to sleep last week. The staff couldnt do enough, they comforted my wife and daughter at a really difficult time as i was away with work. They also kept me updated by phone with what was going on through to his final moments. Since then they have helped with paper work for insurance, with arrangements for ted and also took a paw print and sent out a card to our daughter and personalised it for her which has been a great comfort for her. You all went absolutely above and beyond thorugh one of the most traumatic things we have ever had to do. We could never express our gratitude on a review and you will stay in our hearts forever as will Ted. Thank you for everything x

We took our dog Chloe to here, she loved it, the staff looked after her so well I would never have took her anywhere else. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our beutiful girl after 15 years and even right upto the end the staff looked after her. They helped myself and my family too at such a sad time. I think the last who was with us at the end was called Lauren, but all the staff were great i would highly recommend this gets to anyone. Xx

I can't even put into words how thankful we are that a family friend recommended us to Andale after a terrible experience else where. Maria is just amazing, she looked after my little dog as if she was her own. She came into Maria with a mass tumour and she started work on her straight away the same day. She's now recovering from having the tumour removed and will hopefully back to being a healthy little doggy again soon. Such a lovely group of people, so helpful and loving towards every animal that comes through the doors. I know my dog will always be in safe hands whenever we have to take her here. Thank you Andale for being so professional, friendly and truly amazing at what you do xx

We've been going to Andale for over 10years and all the vets, nurses and staff are wonderful. Gary has just been in today and had blood taken to be tested and we had to get a urine sample which they helped me with although Gary had other ideas but we got it in the end! Wonderful team and we will always go to them with all our pets, i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vets.

Staff are always good but the prices are the most expensive of any vets I have used. My last visit was 3-4 minutes in the treatment room after a 35 minute wait despite an appointment. We took medication away that can be bought online for around 10-15, but got a bill of 84. So basically I spent the day in work and then handed my days wage for 3-4 minutes with the vet, and 10 worth of medication. Will be moving to another vet. Unfortunately pet lovers are easy targets.

To top it all off he asked about our search for pet insurance and when I told him I was having difficultly, helped to sign us up to a free 4 weeks of Petplan which really helped to lift the weight while I searched for the right insurance. Opie got spoilt on the way out with treats and cuddles. I refuse to go anywhere else.

Not happy with the service from this vets at all, will not be taking any of my pets back! I have sent a formal complaint in and feel that my concerns have not been dealt with.

This is a Fabulous Vets ..My Bestest Boy Sparky wasn't 100% so I took him yesterday to see what was wrong with him. Staff are so friendly & caring .. he even got a goody bag for Xmas. After some tests and a short wait i was told he had Diabetes.. Maria was amazing she explained it all to me and even gave me a hug when I got a little upset. That's what you want from a Vet when you go to feel that they care about your pet as much as the owners and they certainly do. It's going to be a challenge injecting Sparky every day but I know without doubt I have the Support from all the staff anytime. Thank You xx

From the minute you walk through the door there is a friendly yet professional atmosphere. The reception staff are great and always fuss the pets, equally they are really kind when people are upset. Poppi's vet Maria is amazing, she makes my old lady feel calm and always takes the time to give her a full check over even if she's just in to get her vaccine or nails done. Fabulous staff all round and highly recommended.

I honestly cannot thank the staff enough. Sadly we had to make the tough decision to let our labrador Ted go to sleep last week. The staff couldnt do enough, they comforted my wife and daughter at a really difficult time as i was away with work. They also kept me updated by phone with what was going on through to his final moments. Since then they have helped with paper work for insurance, with arrangements for ted and also took a paw print and sent out a card to our daughter and personalised it for her which has been a great comfort for her. You all went absolutely above and beyond thorugh one of the most traumatic things we have ever had to do. We could never express our gratitude on a review and you will stay in our hearts forever as will Ted. Thank you for everything x

We took our dog Chloe to here, she loved it, the staff looked after her so well I would never have took her anywhere else. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our beutiful girl after 15 years and even right upto the end the staff looked after her. They helped myself and my family too at such a sad time. I think the last who was with us at the end was called Lauren, but all the staff were great i would highly recommend this gets to anyone. Xx

I can't even put into words how thankful we are that a family friend recommended us to Andale after a terrible experience else where. Maria is just amazing, she looked after my little dog as if she was her own. She came into Maria with a mass tumour and she started work on her straight away the same day. She's now recovering from having the tumour removed and will hopefully back to being a healthy little doggy again soon. Such a lovely group of people, so helpful and loving towards every animal that comes through the doors. I know my dog will always be in safe hands whenever we have to take her here. Thank you Andale for being so professional, friendly and truly amazing at what you do xx

We've been going to Andale for over 10years and all the vets, nurses and staff are wonderful. Gary has just been in today and had blood taken to be tested and we had to get a urine sample which they helped me with although Gary had other ideas but we got it in the end! Wonderful team and we will always go to them with all our pets, i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vets.

I have honestly never met a nicer bunch of people in my life. Always have a smile on their faces and are very welcoming. They made me feel at ease when i took my kitten in for an operation and called me to give me an update while he was in their care. Prices of care are acceptable. I have not a single negative thing to say about this practice they are wonderful people!

Staff are always good but the prices are the most expensive of any vets I have used. My last visit was 3-4 minutes in the treatment room after a 35 minute wait despite an appointment. We took medication away that can be bought online for around 10-15, but got a bill of 84. So basically I spent the day in work and then handed my days wage for 3-4 minutes with the vet, and 10 worth of medication. Will be moving to another vet. Unfortunately pet lovers are easy targets.
