Great all round experience every time. Our dog is happy with the vets (this hasn't always been true at other practices), and so are we. Good advice, good treatment, good atmosphere and reasonable prices. Also great surgery hours - morning, afternoon and evenings in the week plus some weekend hours. :-)

Vet listened to all my concerns and explained all options available. Gave my cat pain relief and an antibiotic jab. She also helped me clean her up as she came home a filthy mess from whatever had happened. They were able to fit me in before they closed and told me not to worry if I was running late, they wouldn't close until they had seen her. I wasn't late however, that kind of customer service and level of empathy is what will keep me going back.

The only vet in Merseyside that would accept my cat due to my financial situation. We was only there for a little while before we was put to sleep but staff where absolutely brilliant and caring. I brought my dog here and unfortunately due to ill health and the old age of nearly 17 I had to make the decision to put my Jack Russell Tiggy to sleep. I just want to say thanks to all the staff who shown empathy and they way they handled a very difficult situation for me. I buried her myself and they way they gave her to me was very dignified she was in blankets and I cannot thank you enough for that. Yesterday I received a card offering their condolences and for me I can't thank you enough.

Been to this vets twice with my pet rats. First time the vet said that my pet had no more babies left in her after birth which I was concerned about, turns out the vet was wrong there were three left,...
Been to this vets twice with my pet rats. First time the vet said that my pet had no more babies left in her after birth which I was concerned about, turns out the vet was wrong there were three left, which subsequently died. Second time I took one rat to be put to sleep, the vet didn't say hello, had no compassion and took the pet away without offering for me to say good bye, I was given the pet back without a word from the vet. Would advise to not take small animals here.

Vet listened to all my concerns and explained all options available. Gave my cat pain relief and an antibiotic jab. She also helped me clean her up as she came home a filthy mess from whatever had happened. They were able to fit me in before they closed and told me not to worry if I was running late, they wouldn't close until they had seen her. I wasn't late however, that kind of customer service and level of empathy is what will keep me going back.

Been to this vets twice with my pet rats. First time the vet said that my pet had no more babies left in her after birth which I was concerned about, turns out the vet was wrong there were three left, which subsequently died. Second time I took one rat to be put to sleep, the vet didn't say hello, had no compassion and took the pet away without offering for me to say good bye, I was given the pet back without a word from the vet. Would advise to not take small animals here.
