Let us, and more importantly our dog down really badly. Spent over £1000 to be told that they had no idea what was wrong with him. Waited 2 days for an off-site vet to look at an xray while our dog lay dying. Unforgiveable incompetence and lack of diagnostic experience.

Moved to West Kirby in June from Portland OR. About 2 weeks in my 12 year old labbies got seriously ill. We talked to a couple of people who highly recommended Rob. I was absolutely knocked out by his investment and compassion for my dog. She got critically ill so he went for stomach issues and 24 hrs later she was on the mend. It was very scarey. He gave me a number to call 24 hrs a day. Figured it was water bacteria so 3 weeks later she came up with it again so Rob knew what to do. Very relieved.

When our dog became poorly a few years ago they went over and beyond with their care and treatment 4 him. Our dog Rufus loves going!! - I think coz he knows there's a treat awaiting every visit!!!!!!!

Rob is a wonderful Vet not only is he brilliant at generating a relaxed atmosphere for your pet to reduce stress, he is also very good at calming me down to. He is an excellent surgeon supported by a wonderful team of nurses. Over the years Rob has helped with all my rodents, very knowledgeable and skilled. A friendly supportive professional service I would recommend to anyone who loves their pet. The post op care and support have reassured me that even though it is often years between visits the standard of care doesn't change.

From my biggest animal (chunky Rottweiler) down to my smallest (dwarf hamster) over the years Rob has seen many of my pets. He never made me feel stupid for crying over the death of said hamster, and has also been the most patient guy ever with my old Labrador cross who has made it her life's mission to bite him each time she visits. He has never insisted on a muzzle for Blossom, has always taken the affectionate mauling from my Rottweilers and Staffie with good grace, and never once complained about the drool on his clothes/hands/face once they have visited. My girls (except for Blossom) just adore him. Which makes it very easy for me to be loyal to him and his wonderful surgery.

My labrador Toby has attended Robs surgery for 6 years and has had excellent care and attention on every visit. He has had several ongoing conditions including multi joint arthritis and I cannot fault the treatment plan and the caring way in which it is carried out.
Toby loves his visits to Rob and I know he'll be well looked after every time!

Rob is a wonderful Vet not only is he brilliant at generating a relaxed atmosphere for your pet to reduce stress, he is also very good at calming me down to. He is an excellent surgeon supported by a wonderful team of nurses. Over the years Rob has helped with all my rodents, very knowledgeable and skilled.
