I have been using Parkside for approximately 6-7 years now with a one year break between pets after having to put our dog to sleep. Always great service from the reception through to the vets. Very knowledgable and everything is always explained very well. Our new puppy has had to go through more than your average puppy should in his 6 months but he still runs in there with no fear like he's going to meet a friend he hasn't seen for weeks. Great vets. Over the last three weeks my three dogs have all had surgery at Parkside: two were elective and one an emergency. €Thanks€ barely covers my gratitude, not only for taking them each safely through their respective procedures but for the time taken to discuss the options and outcomes both pre and post-operative and to all the staff for their unstinting care and concern for my €girls€. But this is not just a one-off experience: the reception staff are always friendly, accommodating and so very helpful, the nursing and auxiliary team efficient but exuding an air of quiet confidence that€s much appreciated and of course the vets themselves who I feel really do go that extra mile and in whom I have utmost confidence. Well worth it she was back to her usual boisterous self within 48 hours. You wouldn't know she had undergone surgery. Fantastic staff. Could not recommend them highly enough. Read Less
