Terrible experience at this vet. I have took my healthy dog that was old and was told that he needs to be put to sleep. With a heartbroken family the vet had no respect at all all she wanted was for me to sign papers while I was saying my goodbyes. Then she was trying to hurry us up to get out of there. As it’s just Christmas we don’t have a lot of money and asked if we can pay in half which 4 of the vets and a young receptionist said that it’s fine “to take our time”. Then to be told by ‘office manager’ that we can’t do it to only find out that they have been lying about the whole bill and it was a lot bigger. To then find out that the ashes have actually been there for a while and I have personally been calling everyday for them to say we are busy. To all honestly I wish I used different vet then maybe I would still have my furry love. Read Less

Informative and caring. Helped my cat Aoife recently. Flexible with what surgery you can attend. Reception sometimes feels a bit unorganised.

Been using these guys for years and they are excellent. The premises are cramped and a little bit tired looking, and it is a busy practice. Reception staff were offensively rude and then spoke to management who were worse. I do not recommend. Shame as vet is good. I moved elsewhere.

Brilliant vet service. Not the most inviting facade but do not let that put you off
