Poor service from the new management of this well established veterinary practice. Very sad to see what a commercial firm has done to such a wonderful family business in such a short space of time. Misleading customers and overcharging appears to be acceptable practice to this firm as well as failure to communicate. 'Fast in fast out' approach to consultations and focus on income generation without caring what the customer wants appears to be the main driver. After being a customer here for over 30 years I will be moving to another more caring veterinary practice. Read Less

I cannot say enough about this practice, caring, understanding, and most of all outstanding in the work they have carried out on my 3yr old Maine Coon Piper. She was misdiagnosed with a sprained leg by Pets4Vets for 3weeks so I went for a 2nd opinion and straight away they said it was broken knee (fuming but delighted I made choice for 2nd opinion) After explaining my situation she was offered support & treatment straight away going over to Dunfermline Pets Hospital her treatment is beyond recognition and I cannot find the words too say how eternally greatful I am for the both the treatment & support I have received from all the team. I would most definitely recommend this practice to anyone who loves their pets as much as I do and also see them as part of the family. Great work team keep it up!! 🤗 Read Less
