Absolutely awful service. A complaint was raised over a fatal misdiagnosis of a much loved pet. The practice refuse to enter into mediation and have deleted a review left on their Facebook page which gave no details to the complaint but suggested they review their complaint handling procedure. After 7 years of being a client here we will never be back and have had our trust in the entire profession shattered

Absolutely awful!! Was quote £67 for a blood test on my cat. Was in fact charged 127!! For them de worming (something that had actually been confirmed he didn't need at the consultation) and additional charges that I was in no way informed of! Even worse - all without my permission! And to top it off they were late to the appointment returning my poor confused cat to me after having to be put under anaesthetic just so they could get a blood sample!!

My Labrador Honey, had to come into Lamond for a minor eye operation. I honestly can't thank the staff enough, for looking after her and dealing with her issue so efficiently. Although I was sad to see her go this morning, I knew she was in safe hands. I changed to this vet a year ago, and I'm glad we did. My furbabies in safe hands here

Very friendly on reception too & was clean, tidy & didn’t have that wet dog smell that you get in other vets. Highly recommend.

On Saturday 4-11-17 I arrived at your vet in a emoticon frantic mess with my boy Gingie who accidentally came into contact with a Lilly plant. From the moment I phoned for help to getting to your practice and him being treated was less that 15 minutes and I know that's why he survived. I've used Lamond for 20+ years very happily until march this year. I needed out of hours assistance as my 12 year old dog had a massive fit and the decision had been made. I got told they can't take the body away and I'd need to arrange whatever I was going to do myself. Ok that's not great then was horrified that the vet put a muzzle on my poor gentle lad and even mucked up putting the cannula in resulting in blood everywhere. When I finally came to terms with the trauma I emailed with my concerns but the reply was almost as stressful as the event. With little or no care or compassion. Will never be back and never recommend them.

Having two dogs with a variety of complex conditions, including but not limited to, a brain tumour and a heart clot, carries with it an immense amount of worry and stress. The team at Lamond Veterinary Clinic has renewed my faith in vets after my awful experience at my previous practice. They are always available for assistance over the phone and the vets always call you back as soon as they possibly can, reception staff are very helpful and knowledgable. Prescriptions have always been ready for me to collect and with the special prescription items I require for my elderly dog, although they take longer to get, I am kept up to date with both when the order has been placed and when they are available for collection. Fiona, was very gentle with my elderly boy who suffers very badly with the visit to the practice and does everything she can to best care for him over the phone, to avoid any undue stress. When he does require a visit, she is very gentle and caring towards him. I highly recommend the practice.

As always it was a pleasure ( apart from paying at the end!) The puppy wasn't sold on the kennel cough up his nose, but he liked his vet and the nurse with the biscuits! All the front desk ladies are very accommodating and friendly which is a great way to start and end the appointment. We took our flee and tick chewable tablet home...... Big mistake! Spot on is defiantly the only way to flee and tick treat my lot! They are all now on hunger strike, in case I'm trying to snaffle the tablet in their food! ( won't be getting that again!) As a new puppy owner, I think my only constructive criticism would be, if puppies aren't meant to be in the general population until the second Vaccination then we should have been popped in a side room. Lots of dogs in the waiting area , I felt for the kitties and bunnies who were among the noise.

Having 3 pets all have visited here and never once have I had an issue with the service, the price, and the quality of care. My female cat had surgery and care here for 3 weeks because of a burst abscess. My male cat recently had his eye removed after suffering trauma to his head. And now our newest addition our little Frenchie puppy had his jags this week. We are all grateful to the staff here for keeping our animals safe and healthy and mainly alive lol.

Been going there for a very long time, looked after all my dogs without any issues or complaints. I only realised how good they were when I adopted a "problem" dog from the dogs trust. Lamond have come through for me and my dog in so many levels. I went from having a dog who backed into a corner and snarled when he went to the vets to a dog that loves, yes loves his vet. They have been patient and understanding when I would have ran for the hills. I cannot say enough good things about them, I trust no one else with my dogs and I would follow them to the ends of the earth.

Once again the staff here went that extra mile to help. My cat was hospitalised on Saturday and because she's a timid wee thing who had an unfortunate start in life, they made a little den for her to hide away in. Absolutely awful service. A complaint was raised over a fatal misdiagnosis of a much loved pet. The practice refuse to enter into mediation and have deleted a review left on their Facebook page which gave no details to the complaint but suggested they review their complaint handling procedure. After 7 years of being a client here we will never be back and have had our trust in the entire profession shattered

Absolutely awful!! Was quote £67 for a blood test on my cat. Was in fact charged 127!! For them de worming (something that had actually been confirmed he didn't need at the consultation) and additional charges that I was in no way informed of! Even worse - all without my permission! And to top it off they were late to the appointment returning my poor confused cat to me after having to be put under anaesthetic just so they could get a blood sample!!

I have been coming to Lamond Vets food about 40 years and they get better all the time. Now coming with the latest dog and treatment and puppy classes were excellent. Nurses and gets are great.

My Labrador Honey, had to come into Lamond for a minor eye operation. I honestly can't thank the staff enough, for looking after her and dealing with her issue so efficiently. Although I was sad to see her go this morning, I knew she was in safe hands. I changed to this vet a year ago, and I'm glad we did. My furbabies in safe hands here

First time taking our 8 month Pomeranian to Lamond and couldn’t have been more pleased. Was taken 10 mins late but the vet Michael was brilliant & such a great manner with Toto. Very friendly on reception too & was clean, tidy & didn’t have that wet dog smell that you get in other vets. Highly recommend.

I would just like to say a massive thankyou to everyone at Lamond Vets. If it wasn't for your amazing employers and amazing vets I would not have my boy today. On Saturday 4-11-17 I arrived at your vet in a emoticon frantic mess with my boy Gingie who accidentally came into contact with a Lilly plant. From the moment I phoned for help to getting to your practice and him being treated was less that 15 minutes and I know that's why he survived. I've used Lamond for 20+ years very happily until march this year. I needed out of hours assistance as my 12 year old dog had a massive fit and the decision had been made. I got told they can't take the body away and I'd need to arrange whatever I was going to do myself. Ok that's not great then was horrified that the vet put a muzzle on my poor gentle lad and even mucked up putting the cannula in resulting in blood everywhere. When I finally came to terms with the trauma I emailed with my concerns but the reply was almost as stressful as the event. With little or no care or compassion. Will never be back and never recommend them.

Having two dogs with a variety of complex conditions, including but not limited to, a brain tumour and a heart clot, carries with it an immense amount of worry and stress. The team at Lamond Veterinary Clinic has renewed my faith in vets after my awful experience at my previous practice. They are always available for assistance over the phone and the vets always call you back as soon as they possibly can, reception staff are very helpful and knowledgable. Prescriptions have always been ready for me to collect and with the special prescription items I require for my elderly dog, although they take longer to get, I am kept up to date with both when the order has been placed and when they are available for collection. Fiona, was very gentle with my elderly boy who suffers very badly with the visit to the practice and does everything she can to best care for him over the phone, to avoid any undue stress. When he does require a visit, she is very gentle and caring towards him. I highly recommend the practice.

As always it was a pleasure ( apart from paying at the end!) The puppy wasn't sold on the kennel cough up his nose, but he liked his vet and the nurse with the biscuits! All the front desk ladies are very accommodating and friendly which is a great way to start and end the appointment. We took our flee and tick chewable tablet home...... Big mistake! Spot on is defiantly the only way to flee and tick treat my lot! They are all now on hunger strike, in case I'm trying to snaffle the tablet in their food! ( won't be getting that again!) As a new puppy owner, I think my only constructive criticism would be, if puppies aren't meant to be in the general population until the second Vaccination then we should have been popped in a side room. Lots of dogs in the waiting area , I felt for the kitties and bunnies who were among the noise.

Having 3 pets all have visited here and never once have I had an issue with the service, the price, and the quality of care. My female cat had surgery and care here for 3 weeks because of a burst abscess. My male cat recently had his eye removed after suffering trauma to his head. And now our newest addition our little Frenchie puppy had his jags this week. We are all grateful to the staff here for keeping our animals safe and healthy and mainly alive lol.

Been going there for a very long time, looked after all my dogs without any issues or complaints. I only realised how good they were when I adopted a "problem" dog from the dogs trust. Lamond have come through for me and my dog in so many levels. I went from having a dog who backed into a corner and snarled when he went to the vets to a dog that loves, yes loves his vet. They have been patient and understanding when I would have ran for the hills. I cannot say enough good things about them, I trust no one else with my dogs and I would follow them to the ends of the earth.

Once again the staff here went that extra mile to help. My cat was hospitalised on Saturday and because she's a timid wee thing who had an unfortunate start in life, they made a little den for her to hide away in. She's home now but still has some way to go to full recovery. The stress is alleviated by knowing she was in such good hands. Thank you again.
