Riverside vet helped my girl deliver her litter of puppies and were so kind and caring towards her. Made up a little room for her and let me sit there with her till she was done gave blankets food and lots of help and advice. Cant thank the staff enough. Truly went above and beyond.

I have 3 dogs,spent thousands over 6 years at riverside vets at Howden Livingston. My young dog deciles lumps on her head viral diagnosed by vet ,anti biotics cost £65 with consultation fees 5 mins, 1...
I have 3 dogs,spent thousands over 6 years at riverside vets at Howden Livingston. My young dog deciles lumps on her head viral diagnosed by vet ,anti biotics cost £65 with consultation fees 5 mins, 1 week later lumps still there back to vet more antibiotics,1 week later still there more antibiotics another£25 finally told there gone,2 weeks later lumps back. Phone up told I will have to pay another consultation fee £65 I ask why do I need to pay another consultation fee when quite clearly you failed to heal dog!!
This is now the fourth visit company policy, where's the care for the dog!!!!
To all animal lovers avoid this place like the plague an absolute ripoff are the vets deliberately giving the animals not enough? So you have to return must be bordering on illegal.

I made two visits to this practice and though the Veterinarians were competent I was underwhelmed by their inability to diagnose the problem. The male vet refused to take my suggestion as to the problem seriously i.e. Feline Hyperesthesia. The vet said that he would make an appointment for my pet to see a specialist in Stirling. That was almost a year ago and i am still waiting for news on that appointment.

I have been attending Riverside vets for a number of years now with our dogs and I have always found them to be caring and compassionate., About a year an half ago our oldest dog was diagnosed with congestive heart failure initially the vets only gave him about a week but due to the hard work from all the vets and nurses we still have Bambam. If anyone is looking for a veterinary surgery I would highly recommend this practice and all the staff.

Riverside vet helped my girl deliver her litter of puppies and were so kind and caring towards her. Made up a little room for her and let me sit there with her till she was done gave blankets food and lots of help and advice. Cant thank the staff enough. Truly went above and beyond.

I made two visits to this practice and though the Veterinarians were competent I was underwhelmed by their inability to diagnose the problem. The male vet refused to take my suggestion as to the problem seriously i.e. Feline Hyperesthesia. The vet said that he would make an appointment for my pet to see a specialist in Stirling.
