Professional and knowledgeable staff that really go out the extra mile to help. We had our previous dogs with ICR and although we now live 30 miles away and there's abundance of vet clinics in the area we still choose to stay with ICR because of the quality of service and understanding.

My family have always used this practice. When my dog had to have a surgery on his paw I knew he was in good hands. Now he's getting older I trust they are helping me do all I need to keep my senior dog healthy. He also loves the staff even if the surgery makes him nervous. I would recommend both their normal surgery and their large animal practice.

Our two Cavaliers Sprocket and Indiana have been registered with ICR for three years now.
Never before have I experienced a veterinary practice who balances perfectly knowledge, compassion and respect. I never hesitate to contact them as I am always supported from calling through to seeing a vet, and that is a real rare quality. This is particularly appreciated when you are anxious about your wee best friend.
My female dog was spayed via the keyhole surgery which was worth every penny.

My Miniature Dachshund puppy was born with a large dermoid in her eye, as a result she has been attending the vets since before she was 8 weeks old, before and after surgery she has been under the care of Tamir Spiegel, (Ophthalmologist), my puppy has had 5* treatment from Tamir, he not only cares very much about the animal he is treating, he also makes sure that the owner of the pet is fully aware of the pet's condition, treatment and expected outcome. Tamir has been exceptional in explaining what would happen during and after surgery, he is absolutely happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
My puppy has been very at ease with Tamir during some very long examinations.
Tamir Spiegel is a credit to his profession and April and I would like to say a huge Thank you to him for all the help, advice and support he has given over the past few months.

I have used these vets for neuturing both my dogs (bitch & dog) and can highly recommend them as they are absolutely brilliant . The staff are so lovely and friendly and are good with the animals they treat and the vets take time to explain procedures without making you feel like a dummy. Big thank you to the Loanhead staff for being wonderful with Rudi who was in today for neuturing . Never before have I experienced a veterinary practice who balances perfectly knowledge, compassion and respect.
