During the covid 19 pandemic this veterinary surgery simply wanted to abuse what is going on in the world and rip people off £35 for a phone consultation is an absolute joke , I took my dog for an app...
During the covid 19 pandemic this veterinary surgery simply wanted to abuse what is going on in the world and rip people off £35 for a phone consultation is an absolute joke , I took my dog for an appointment i made because she seemed to be itchy down below, was advised by the vets that it looks a bit inflamed, give it 7 days if it's still the same give us a ring , which we did for my wife to be told its £35 for someone to call you back,thinking of our dog obviously she paid it, the vet then phoned me to simply say oh we can give you some cream for another £25 , I said are you winding me up ? We have a pandemic going on and all you out to do is rip people off , forget it and when this is over I'll be leaving your surgery as this is totally out of order !!!

excellent service calm professional manner puppy enjoyed visit despite injections. All staff despite being very busy accomidated my appointments to my personal circumstance. Thank you

Very busy and professional practice. One of the few places that can be relied upon and understand the need for docking and removing dew claws. The owner of the practice is a big brash Australian with a heart of gold and a grate bedside manner. These are real people who genuinely care about the animals and their owners and are doing this out of a passion. This is not one of your plastic menu driven High Street chains. Keep going as you are great at what you do

Quality practice with professionals that put animal care above extortionate profits. So happy we moved to this practice. Some space at the rear of the building for parking which is more than you get at some places. Worth travelling the 5 miles or so to get to.

I have used this vet surgery for a year or so since I moved to this area. Sadly one of my dogs had to be put to sleep. They dealt with it very sensitively. They continue to be a vet to my other two dogs and Ive found them to be efficient and friendly and have always sorted out any issues with my dogs. I would recommend them to other animal owners

I first took my beloved dog here after reading reviews on their Facebook page, i now know that was naive because of course i am going to see 5 star review on their own page. I took my dog here and without too much details mistakes occurred but even more distressing is that verbally over the phone a senior vet admitted this was because they were ' flat out busy', but will not even reply to my letters nor put their mistakes in writing. Just be clear this practise covers up their mistake, would not be able to do this if their customers were human!!!!!

I have used this vet surgery for a year or so since I moved to this area. Sadly one of my dogs had to be put to sleep. They dealt with it very sensitively. They continue to be a vet to my other two dogs and Ive found them to be efficient and friendly and have always sorted out any issues with my dogs. I would recommend them to other animal owners
