The actual vets & vet nurses are great. The desk staff… truly awful ..they don’t know how to handle a small complaint without being rude and slamming the phone down. They then twisted it and made up lies & told the manager I was swearing at them on the phone 😳😳

Doesn't even deserve the one star. Totally unprofessional with zero compassion for customers and animal welfare. One vet nurse has a sharper bite than my dog. Such a shame we've been regulars here for the past few years when there are some amazing vets in the area! Avoid at all costs.

I came here because my dog had fleas, after just a drop the intruders left her. Very good customer service. Recommended for all the pets' lovers in the neighborhood.

Fantastic Veterinary Practice. Staff are wonderful to deal with and I always feel like they are genuinely interested in your animals welfare and care, from the receptionists, nurse and vets. Can't fault this place and would highly recommend it, and my 3 fur babies most definitely agree

This review would be rated "Excellent" but for the horrible receptionist Sharon, not a nice lady to deal with, especially for anybody upset about there pet after a consultation, regarding the contact telephone number I explained the dog was my Mothers and it was unlikely she would get out of hospital, she never batted an eyelid, a truly nasty piece of work.

Doesn't even deserve the one star. Totally unprofessional with zero compassion for customers and animal welfare. One vet nurse has a sharper bite than my dog. Such a shame we've been regulars here for the past few years when there are some amazing vets in the area! Avoid at all costs.
