I have had the misfortune of having to use the vets recently, and I have found the staff to be unhelpful, they do not contact you with results of tests, nor do they return phone calls when you want in...
I have had the misfortune of having to use the vets recently, and I have found the staff to be unhelpful, they do not contact you with results of tests, nor do they return phone calls when you want information, or to speak to a vet. All in all not very pleased with the attitude of the staff. It appears that they put profit before people. Would not recommend from my experience.

Great vets would not use any other practice we have loads of pets registered at Copelands all the team are really friendly we have using these vets for years. Mark Williams & Andrea Mallinson

Generally had good service from this practice. But we suspected a misdiagnosis of one of our dogs by Copelands. Another vets second opinion proved we were correct. Fortunately he responded well to the treatment given by the new vet and he improved.
Sometimes it pays to question an expert's opinion.

I have had the misfortune of having to use the vets recently, and I have found the staff to be unhelpful, they do not contact you with results of tests, nor do they return phone calls when you want information, or to speak to a vet. All in all not very pleased with the attitude of the staff. It appears that they put profit before people. Would not recommend from my experience.
