Always brilliant service here!
My dog was very poorly this morning, the receptionist asked what was wrong and made it possible for my dog to be seen even though they were already double booked they squeezed us in just over an hour later. A thorough check up was given including a blood test, the results of which we received during the visit, the staff even made my husband a coffee while he waited! The staff went above & beyond and my doggie is already getting better! Thank you so much and we are sorry for making you stay late on a Saturday, thank you all so much Xx

Best vets in Wrexham. Always helpful and nothing is to much trouble. Friendly staff that go out of their way to not only care for your pet, but also to keep the pets carer fully informed every step of the way. They have always looked after; and treated my 2 yorkies Lulu and Pebbles amazingly, they saved Lulu's life, words can never describe how grateful i am to them. Never in my life been treated as I have just been treated at daleside vets shotton telling me I couldn't be with my rabbit as she was put to sleep crying my eyes out sobbing asking why was I aloud with the other 2 and not this one?? She tried changing what she had originally said made me out to be liar finding it hilarious how upset i was and smirking ?? Every visit I have made to daleside has been absolutely brilliant and treated my rabbits very dignified and caring can't fault the staff at all apart from this ONE never again will I been going to this vet discusting attitude no category whatsoever!

We have always had our pets cared for by Daleside and been happy with the service. 12 months ago our beloved lab started to need more care everyone at Daleside was fabulous, she received the best care and treatment possible. Everyone from the receptionists through always made a fuss over her and although she had to go for regular blood tests she always walked into the surgery with her tail wagging. Thank you for the love and care you gave her.

Always brilliant service here!
My dog was very poorly this morning, the receptionist asked what was wrong and made it possible for my dog to be seen even though they were already double booked they squeezed us in just over an hour later. A thorough check up was given including a blood test, the results of which we received during the visit, the staff even made my husband a coffee while he waited! Never in my life been treated as I have just been treated at daleside vets shotton telling me I couldn't be with my rabbit as she was put to sleep crying my eyes out sobbing asking why was I aloud with the other 2 and not this one?? She tried changing what she had originally said made me out to be liar finding it hilarious how upset i was and smirking ??
