When my partner asked to see the nurse he was put into the vet without being consulted beforehand for what we believed was a trivial matter it cost £52.00.
It did not cure the minor problem. We got ba...
When my partner asked to see the nurse he was put into the vet without being consulted beforehand for what we believed was a trivial matter it cost £52.00.
It did not cure the minor problem. We got baby cream from Boots for £2.99 and it cleared the problem in 5 days.
This took my partners rights away from him.
The practice could not care what had happened.

The vet was perfect she was really good with our dog as he is very nervous about strangers being a rescue dog he was ill treated but the vet was excellent we can't thank her enough for the treatment.

We took our 7year old Labrador Alfie after a horrendous episode of vomiting blood and collapse. From the anxious phone call to the care and referral to Veterinary Hospital i can not praise this Practice enough, Steph the receptionist was so lovely and caring with Alfie, John the Vet was excellent and quick in treating Alfie and making him more comfortable and took so much care and effort to make sure Alfie was seen as soon as possible.
We cant thank you enough. Our beautiful boy is now home and recovering, and I am sure it could have been so different if Celyn Vets Prestatyn hadnt been so professional and caring.

I want to thank Jackie and Emily for coming out to my house today to help my lovely old dog to go to sleep. The whole process was very calm and peaceful and my dog passed away with myself and my partner holding and cuddling her in the comfort of her own home. We were given time to just be with her and not rushed in any way. Thank you both so much and thank you to all the staff at Celyn who have looked after our animals over the years.

Today has been heartbreaking as we had to have our lovely dog Molly put down. I cannot begin to describe how professional, sympathetic and understanding that Linda and the other staff were through this awful time. When my partner asked to see the nurse he was put into the vet without being consulted beforehand for what we believed was a trivial matter it cost £52.00.
It did not cure the minor problem. We got baby cream from Boots for £2.99 and it cleared the problem in 5 days.
This took my partners rights away from him.
The practice could not care what had happened.

Today has been heartbreaking as we had to have our lovely dog Molly put down. I cannot begin to describe how professional, sympathetic and understanding that Linda and the other staff were through this awful time.
