Visited this morning for my new puppy second vaccination. Arrived a little early, to be told quite bluntly, that “you won’t be seen until 8.30 “,which was the time of our appt. Approximately 8.45 am, a lady opened a door and shouted my pets name. I handed my pet over to her. She did not introduce herself,she was very unprofessional, and very cold. When my pet was returned to me , I felt the answers to my questions were short and curt. I’ve had all our pets registered with Wern for the last 13 years and have always found them to be very helpful, especially in emergency situations. Since moving to their new premises there is a much better waiting room which allows more space to sit with your pet whilst waiting to see a vet, without being on top of each other. The consultation rooms are small but clean which is reassuring! The staff are also helpful. Read Less
