Have been very helpful and caring with my two mini lops. Rang them in June concerning a weighty bunny and a vet rang back with advice aimed purely at Oscar himself. Finally found a vet who actually cares about my animals! This was the fifth seperate vet clinic I've tried, but we're certainly staying put!

A nice-sized practice where all staff, nurses and vets are friendly, helpful and efficient. They’ve treated three of my cats over the past few years and I have no complaints at all. There’s plenty of parking and the premises are clean - any pet’s “little accidents” on the floor are cleaned up quickly and thoroughly. The monthly club scheme is excellent as it means routine health care is covered and it also gives you a discount on purchases. I recommend Gatehouse, Lavister without hesitation.

Excellent vets, caring and friendly. Our poor Beagle was sufferiing from a nasty ear infection which was challenging to treat. Never giving up they have treated her and she is on her way to recovery avoiding surgery . Thank you all at Lavister !

Excellent vets, with lovely reception staff. I especially like the fact that this surgery offers Felliway infused raised platforms for cats to wait, safely out of the reach of dogs.

Would recommend this Vets practice un reserverdly. Had to make the awful decision to send our 15 year dog over rainbow bridge today. The care and compassion shown by the staff was wonderful and really appreciated. We weren't hurried and Sam was shown great care and dignity. Thank you for caring.

Like Family xxxx Been with the Lavister's Gatehouse Vet centre for over 16 yrs. Had my 2 dogs 'pass', my cat also 'passed' though she never visited the vets. Had, 2 of our ferrets pass, treated one of our ferrets at 13 wks for a broken thigh bone. Our current dog, Rome, who is a 7 & half yr old male, castrated dalmatian is permanently on prescribed medication to prevent 'bladder stones' & so we visit regularly to the vets, every 3months.... Home - from ~HOME.

We have been bringing our pets here for years, to both the Lavister and Wayside (Chester) clinics. I wouldn't trust any other vets with the care of my cats and dog. I picked up my dogs passport today, which had been done within a week and one of the kind staff brought it with her from one clinic to the one closer to me! They are always incredibly helpful and the clinics are always clean and welcoming. My dog even pulls me inside!

I have been coming to Gatehouse since I got my first ever cats in 2008. With having 3 cats (all with one health issue or another) I have had a lot to learn about caring for them and thanks to the patient helpfulness and kindness of the vets and staff I can give them the best care. I always feel that my cats and I are valued at Gatehouse. Sometimes I get a bit upset and frustrated with the problems my cats have, but the vets are always supportive and do their very best for my cats. I have complete confidence that my cats Fifi, Rosie (Growler!) and Lucy are in the best hands!! Thank you for all you do.

Jazzi loves going in to see everyone, she recently had to go in for treatment after a terrible attack by another dog. 100% care and all medications explained X-ray's shown treatment explained to reassure me. Have been very helpful and caring with my two mini lops. Rang them in June concerning a weighty bunny and a vet rang back with advice aimed purely at Oscar himself. A nice-sized practice where all staff, nurses and vets are friendly, helpful and efficient. They’ve treated three of my cats over the past few years and I have no complaints at all. I have been coming to Gatehouse since I got my first ever cats in 2008. With having 3 cats (all with one health issue or another) I have had a lot to learn about caring for them and thanks to the patient helpfulness and kindness of the vets and staff I can give them the best care.
