At Vets4Pets we know your pet is a much loved part of the family and you want them to enjoy a long, healthy life. This is why our veterinary teams, made up of animal loving experts, firmly believe in providing the highest level of care and treating every pet they see like they would their own. Every Vets4Pets practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment. Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive. Come and see for yourself at your local Vets4Pets, why not take a practice tour?

I have been taking both my dog Honey and my cat Luna to this practice for a number of years. I have always received care and consideration from all at the practice, and they made my very timid dog feel comfortable when she had to have an abscess on her gum removed along with a few teeth. They treated a wound on my cats tail after she was attacked by a large tom cat, and they handled her really well considering she can be a feisty madam at times. I find their prices reasonable (even though I have insurance for both pets). They have their annual vaccinations along with the health check done and each time the animals are pretty relaxed each time. Read Less

Took our French Bulldog as he was suffering from sore ears, Rebecca Hughes the apparent vetinary owner diagnosed it as simply a build up of wax. She didn't look in detail at his ears she simply cleaned and then sold us a solution for £15.00 which later turned out was available online for £3.50 including postage, 6 months later we returned as nothing had improved despite on each occasion afterwards being told it would take time to clear the build up (last week) and another vet immediately realised it was more serious and did a swab to which it was discovered our French Bulldog puppy had a fungal and bacterial infection in one ear and a bacterial infection in the other - a clear misdiagnosis and when we raised our concerns at the poor level of care and attention we were simply told by Rebecca she doesn't make mistakes and she has been practicing for 16 plus years Wouldn't take responsibility or offer an apology so we are persuing further action with a solicitor and have reported her to the royal college of vetinary surgeons as this is unacceptable We have moved practices and would advise others to do the same in the interests of your beloved pets Read Less
