We travel a little out of our way to get here, rather than visit the local vet. But it’s SO WORTH IT. The staff are all excellent and the love they have for the animals they treat is so clear. They have time for each of their patience, and go above and beyond to discuss the pets treatment plans with their owners. I really can’t recommend them enough! Whilst on holiday in the area last week, we took our labrador to Cibyn Clinic early Friday morning as an emergency case and are so grateful to the team, particularly to Ceri and Pablo who gave her such wonderful care and saved her life. Took a new puppy to have a simple health check last summer.
The vet(Ceri?) asked how much I paid for the puppy and then laughed and told me that the puppy was a bad example of the breed and that the seller took me for a ride. I thought this was quite unprofessional and rather insulting.
We've now decided to make the extra 30 minute drive to Deufor in Y Ffor and they've been magnificent.
It's a shame as the desk staff in Cibyn were lovely.

When I took my 4 week old kitten Mycroft to them on a Sunday evening the first thing they asked while holding my dying kitten was "can you afford this?" Like them making money was more important that the life of my poor baby!
They kept asking what I had done to him too! When he passed away an hour later I asked for an autopsy. It turned out he had an enormous stomach ulcer which is what killed him, and they were kind enough afterwards, but I can never get over their asking about money before asking about that poor boy.

When it was time for my cat to go to sleep, i was able to call them and get an immediate emergency appointment to have her put to sleep peacefully. Was also able to pay for the appointment a couple of days later, and could come straight home on the night she passed. Staff are very kind, compassionate, and gentle.

We were told to bring it back a week later so they could do abloodtest for60 we had told them we had seen the cat in our garden since summer and feeding it for two months

Wonderful people. We had an emergency appointment when our very spoilt partially sighted cocker spaniel Barney bit his tongue whilst we were visiting Caernarfon. Ffion and Llinos were absolutely lovely and we couldn't have been in better hands. After a general anaesthetic, stitches and an overnight stay Barney looked quite apathetic about coming home. Then she had a torn cruciate which with their advice and meds is managing to heal WITHOUT an operation! Fantastic service and Caramel and I are truly grateful. I've yet to get to your practice but I just wanted to say thank you to Frances for the help, support and cheerfulness in the emails we have exchanged. We needed to arrange an appointment for our new puppy whilst staying at my brother's and the response has been great. My brother said you were brilliant and he is absolutely right! We travel a little out of our way to get here, rather than visit the local vet. But it’s SO WORTH IT. The staff are all excellent and the love they have for the animals they treat is so clear. They have time for each of their patience, and go above and beyond to discuss the pets treatment plans with their owners. I really can’t recommend them enough! Thank you for doing such an excellent job.

Whilst on holiday in the area last week, we took our labrador to Cibyn Clinic early Friday morning as an emergency case and are so grateful to the team, particularly to Ceri and Pablo who gave her such wonderful care and saved her life. We are now back home in North East England and pleased to say our dog Jenna is making good progress. Excellent care and communication. Many thanks and muchas gracias.

Took a new puppy to have a simple health check last summer.
The vet(Ceri?) asked how much I paid for the puppy and then laughed and told me that the puppy was a bad example of the breed and that the seller took me for a ride. I thought this was quite unprofessional and rather insulting.
We've now decided to make the extra 30 minute drive to Deufor in Y Ffor and they've been magnificent.
It's a shame as the desk staff in Cibyn were lovely.

When I took my 4 week old kitten Mycroft to them on a Sunday evening the first thing they asked while holding my dying kitten was "can you afford this?" Like them making money was more important that the life of my poor baby!
They kept asking what I had done to him too! When he passed away an hour later I asked for an autopsy. It turned out he had an enormous stomach ulcer which is what killed him, and they were kind enough afterwards, but I can never get over their asking about money before asking about that poor boy.

Very disappointed when I took my cat to be put to sleep. Very glad they exist, they're there when we need help. When it was time for my cat to go to sleep, i was able to call them and get an immediate emergency appointment to have her put to sleep peacefull...
Very glad they exist, they're there when we need help. When it was time for my cat to go to sleep, i was able to call them and get an immediate emergency appointment to have her put to sleep peacefully. Was also able to pay for the appointment a couple of days later, and could come straight home on the night she passed. Staff are very kind, compassionate, and gentle.

Got a voucher from the RSPCA to take a stray cat in to have a clump of mattrd fur removed and to get her spsyed and the vet refused to do anything in case it upset a mythical blind old lady. We were told to bring it back a week later so they could do abloodtest for60 we had told them we had seen the cat in our garden since summer and feeding it for two months

Wonderful people. We had an emergency appointment when our very spoilt partially sighted cocker spaniel Barney bit his tongue whilst we were visiting Caernarfon. Ffion and Llinos were absolutely lovely and we couldn't have been in better hands. After a general anaesthetic, stitches and an overnight stay Barney looked quite apathetic about coming home. Couldn't recommend them enough - many thanks!

Have come to the vet for several years. I was going to a different vet at first but that vet was more interested in making money and no customer service, Cibyn Vets is so different, they are caring, accommodating and professional. My dog has just come back home from an operation with a personal typed out care plan. Receptionists were friendly. Even though we live quite a distance away I would always go here to Cibyn Vets. Great!!!

We have a 10 year old beautiful dog who was diagnosed with diabetes 18 months ago . The vets were all fantastic and helped us get used to administrating insulin twice a day . Nell is now perfectly healthy and with the continuous support we get from the vets we are all enjoying life to its fullest .
The staff are more like friends you can always pick up the phone for advice knowing there is a friendly voice always ready to help .

My dog had cancer on her liver which is almost always fatal, but these guys saved her. Amazingly she is still alive two years later. Then she had a torn cruciate which with their advice and meds is managing to heal WITHOUT an operation! Fantastic service and Caramel and I are truly grateful. They now look after Tina, Sammy and Pacino too. Lovely friendly staff too who always raise a smile.
