Vets are good and obviously care about the animals but prices are extremely high and not at all competitive. After several months I changed practices to one which is much more cost effective.

Excellent service, I contacted the vet at 4:45pm and was offered an appointment the same day at 6pm. Our dog was given brilliant care and we were offered very good advice and guidance on his condition...
Excellent service, I contacted the vet at 4:45pm and was offered an appointment the same day at 6pm. Our dog was given brilliant care and we were offered very good advice and guidance on his condition. Taking an old dog to the vet is always a worry, however our anxieties and concerns were very quickly reduced. Highly recommend.

We've always taken our pets to Dee Valley and they have treated all cats with care and compassion. When two cats were taken in to them with injures as a result from road traffic accidents they nurse...
We've always taken our pets to Dee Valley and they have treated all cats with care and compassion. When two cats were taken in to them with injures as a result from road traffic accidents they nursed them back to full health. No owners came forward so were put up for adoption. We are now obedient servents to two very different personalites. Excellent service is always given by vets and nurses alike.
