When my partner asked to see the nurse he was put into the vet without being consulted beforehand for what we believed was a trivial matter it cost £52.00.
It did not cure the minor problem. We got ba...
When my partner asked to see the nurse he was put into the vet without being consulted beforehand for what we believed was a trivial matter it cost £52.00.
It did not cure the minor problem. We got baby cream from Boots for £2.99 and it cleared the problem in 5 days.
This took my partners rights away from him.
The practice could not care what had happened.

We took our 7year old Labrador Alfie after a horrendous episode of vomiting blood and collapse. From the anxious phone call to the care and referral to Veterinary Hospital i can not praise this Practice enough, Steph the receptionist was so lovely and caring with Alfie, John the Vet was excellent and quick in treating Alfie and making him more comfortable and took so much care and effort to make sure Alfie was seen as soon as possible.
We cant thank you enough. Our beautiful boy is now home and recovering, and I am sure it could have been so different if Celyn Vets Prestatyn hadnt been so professional and caring.

I want to thank Jackie and Emily for coming out to my house today to help my lovely old dog to go to sleep. The whole process was very calm and peaceful and my dog passed away with myself and my partner holding and cuddling her in the comfort of her own home. When my partner asked to see the nurse he was put into the vet without being consulted beforehand for what we believed was a trivial matter it cost £52.00.
It did not cure the minor problem. We got baby cream from Boots for £2.99 and it cleared the problem in 5 days.

We took our 7year old Labrador Alfie after a horrendous episode of vomiting blood and collapse. From the anxious phone call to the care and referral to Veterinary Hospital i can not praise this Practice enough, Steph the receptionist was so lovely and caring with Alfie, John the Vet was excellent and quick in treating Alfie and making him more comfortable and took so much care and effort to make sure Alfie was seen as soon as possible.
