Visited the groom room here for a cut on my dog . I will not be going back there. Staff hardly cut anything of her. Had to tell the staff to cut more of. Won't be going there again

What an amazing place this is!! I have a two year Bichon Frisé who is my absolute world. She hasn’t had much luck with her health but thanks to tizzy, jess & all the team at vets for pets rhyl she is now on the right medication she needs and they always keep a close eye on her.
What I love the most about this place is that they treat my baby like she’s part of their family. I usually have panic attacks when I have to leave my bella but with them I feel so comfortable and reassured that she’s ok it makes me calm. And even if I’m not calm they always keep me updated with phone calls of her progress. I honestly can’t thank each and everyone of you enough for everything you have done and continue to do for Bella. She loves you all like your her best friends, I think she must be the only dog who is happy when she’s going the vets!!
Highly recommend to every animal owner I know! If I could give higher that a 5* rating then trust me I would!!

What an amazing place this is!! I have a two year Bichon Frisé who is my absolute world. She hasn’t had much luck with her health but thanks to tizzy, jess & all the team at vets for pets rhyl she is now on the right medication she needs and they always keep a close eye on her.
What I love the most about this place is that they treat my baby like she’s part of their family.
