Visited this morning for my new puppy second vaccination. Arrived a little early, to be told quite bluntly, that “you won’t be seen until 8.30 “,which was the time of our appt. Approximately 8.45 am, a lady opened a door and shouted my pets name. I handed my pet over to her. She did not introduce herself,she was very unprofessional, and very cold. When my pet was returned to me , I felt the answers to my questions were short and curt. I feel that Wern vets is a business not dedicated to giving that personal touch that pets and pets owners deserve. This is my honest opinion. 🙁🙁🙁🙁

I’ve had all our pets registered with Wern for the last 13 years and have always found them to be very helpful, especially in emergency situations. Since moving to their new premises there is a much better waiting room which allows more space to sit with your pet whilst waiting to see a vet, without being on top of each other. The consultation rooms are small but clean which is reassuring! The staff are also helpful.

Whilst waiting for our dog to see a visiting consultant cardiologist; the staff at Wern couldn’t have been nicer. They looked after us and even plied us with cups of tea.

This is a wonderful vets. They look after our stock and our pets. The are so professional and show real love of the work. Recently our dog was hit by a car on the A5. When we go him to the vets in Ruthin he was in a very poor condition. They helped with the pain and referred him to a consultant surgeon within hours. As the swelling increased on Bears brain his breathing became laboured and we were very upset. Their quick thinking save Bear our colliex.

My friend was in tears with these vets,after putting his dog down,nobody cared just left him ,they have gone to big to care anymore,it all money grabing now, use these vets as very last resort,and whe...

I’ve had all our pets registered with Wern for the last 13 years and have always found them to be very helpful, especially in emergency situations. Since moving to their new premises there is a much better waiting room which allows more space to sit with your pet whilst waiting to see a vet, without being on top of each other.
