I've had cats all my life and aways used Rydd Broughton. In 2002 we decided to have a dog and called him ' Sam ' a Springer crossed with a Chocolate Lab. On February 10th this year we sadly had to have poor Sam put to sleep. We are both absoulty devastated. We miss him so much. All the team at Rhydd Broughton were brilliant with us especially Mr.Bell ( who treated Sam from a puppy) to Laura who had the unfortunate job off putting him to sleep. They treated us so professional during this very sad occasion and we'd just like to thank all of you for the support you gave us when Sam went over the rainbow bridge. The only comfort we have is that he is out of his pain now. I would recommend any pet owner to use Rhydd Broughton for all their pet care

Having moved in to my first home on my own I got my first pet. A little kitten called Loki. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful when I registered Loki and gave a lot of useful advice. The service is fabulous; whenever I have had to bring Loki in for jabs or when he was treated for a mild water infection, it has been faultless. Couldn't speak higher of this vets. So far they have been fabulous to Loki and I and have made us feel very welcome.

Been bringing my dog here for 15 years,about 7 years ago my dog started having fits so was put on epiphen 30mg,every 6 months he had to have a check up and medication every month,this went on for 7 years costing us thousands.a few months ago he started losing weight so we brought him in,we seen a vet we'd never seen before who done blood tests saying that long term use of epiphen can cause liver failure,we were never told this,so she done blood tests,all of this cost us 100.the next day she phoned us with results and told us that our dog wasn't even on a theraputic dose so for 7 years we were pumping our dog full of meds he didn't even need,shocking,not to mention all the money we wasted.he's not on the meds anymore.a week or so later we had a bill for 5.don't know what for,I thought I'll ask about it next time I go in,anyway as we're going away soon I booked him in for his kennel cough,as we came to pay they said they have been sending letters,which we have not received,to find an alternative vet as we have not paid a bill for 5,I mean 5,all the money they conned out of us over last 7 years,giving our dog check ups and medication he didn't even need.absolute disgrace,after being with them for 15 years.needless to say we are not with them anymore,my partner told them where to shove there bill and there vet.please beware people if they try to say your pet needs this and that as they probably don't,they just want your money,don't care about the pets or their owners.i would absolutely NOT recommend these to anyone.disgusting place.

Having brought my cat here for the last 14 years, I thought it the best place to bring a hedgehog that didn't seem well on my driveway. They kindly checked it out and told me that it needed fattening up and they would ring me in a few days to pick up if that was ok - I of course agreed. A few days later and I've had no phone call so I ring them, only to be told that it's been passed to the RSPCA as they hadn't heard from me and they had a few hedgehogs in!! I'm really saddened by this as having seen another hedgehog run across my garden the other day, they have potentially lost a family member. Rhys Broughton - please don't say you'll contact me and then tell me you didn't hear from me. Makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

Angel our greyhound had a huge gaping wound due to trauma, we were devastated. We were very worried if they could bring the wound together as she had no surplus skin.We left her in to have it sutured, and we were not sure if they could bring the wound together or if she would be left with an open wound.After a traumatic start to the day we returned to collect and meet Mr Pietr Van Zurren the vet who did a tremendous job at bringing a big gaping wound back together.We can not speak highly enough of the tremendous job he has done, Angel gets very stressed at attending, but today we returned to have stitches out, so pleased with end result.A big thankyou to Pietr and team at The brought on for delivering excellent care.

I've had cats all my life and aways used Rydd Broughton. In 2002 we decided to have a dog and called him ' Sam ' a Springer crossed with a Chocolate Lab. On February 10th this year we sadly had to have poor Sam put to sleep. We are both absoulty devastated. We miss him so much. All the team at Rhydd Broughton were brilliant with us especially Mr.Bell ( who treated Sam from a puppy) to Laura who had the unfortunate job off putting him to sleep. They treated us so professional during this very sad occasion and we'd just like to thank all of you for the support you gave us when Sam went over the rainbow bridge. A few days later and I've had no phone call so I ring them, only to be told that it's been passed to the RSPCA as they hadn't heard from me and they had a few hedgehogs in!! I'm really saddened by this as having seen another hedgehog run across my garden the other day, they have potentially lost a family member. Rhys Broughton - please don't say you'll contact me and then tell me you didn't hear from me. Makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

Angel our greyhound had a huge gaping wound due to trauma, we were devastated. We were very worried if they could bring the wound together as she had no surplus skin.We left her in to have it sutured, and we were not sure if they could bring the wound together or if she would be left with an open wound.After a traumatic start to the day we returned to collect and meet Mr Pietr Van Zurren the vet who did a tremendous job at bringing a big gaping wound back together.We can not speak highly enough of the tremendous job he has done, Angel gets very stressed at attending, but today we returned to have stitches out, so pleased with end result.A big thankyou to Pietr and team at The brought on for delivering excellent care.
